The property was in nice location full off gardens.. staff wher absolutely friendly a specialy Youssef. Thank you for your kindness and the lady cooked the breakfast and lunch for us was delicious.i will definitely recommend this villa and I will visit again. Special thanks tonal villa soraya team. + the staff were nice and we're really in love with them <3. Big thanks for making our travel more great! + the breakfast was really nice and we have to respect that's locally they're eating sweet plates in the morning + the area was really safe, we highly recommended for traveling women + Near place was a nice Restaurant Granada Marrakech (less than 15 min by walk)

+ our toilet hasn't the door - even for couple it would be a little bit embarassing + there's temporary loss of eletricity in this building

When I contacted the hotel by phone i was surprised to find that the guy who speak to me spoke French only . When I asked if someone could assist me in English or Arabic, I was ignored. This lack of language support made it difficult for me to communicate and get the assistance I needed. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve the experience for all guests.

the location was great. everything was very cleaned and organized. the design of the rooms is so special and reflects the morocon culture. the staff is very friendly and professional, I could say the best service I got on booking so far, especially Monsef. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome like home. he greeted us with a warm smile , helpful, kind and was incredibly attentive, quickly handling everything and giving us alot of tips for city and helped us to organize cool trips with very good price . we will visit again and I saved the place to recommend to my friends

Decent little spot for a solo traveller, not far from the main tourist attractions although a taxi is usually the best way to get there. Rooms were fairly clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional! Particularly Moghit who made me feel like family, definitely made a friend for life! And also Monsef who made sure all my requests and requirements were met. Really lovely people who took care of me during my stay

Everything was just great! The hotal as described and the staff super friendly and helpful at everything you need! The most important thing when you are abroad is to feel safe and get help for things you may not know. The guys at the hotel are stunning! Just ask for Monsef, he will organise everything for you and Yousef will be there to help anytime! They will provide you with any info and help you may meed at any time! Highly recommended! +Easy acces to the city centre!

Lovely little property. The staff was amazing specially Mourit. Very helpful. We only stayed a night so couldn’t try dinner or massage or hammam. Breakfast was two types of morrocon breads with jam, chocolate spread and honey. We also got orange juice and coffee.

There is an additional cash only payment at the property(25dhs per person) which I was unaware of and had no cash to pay them.Mourit was very so helpful and went to the ATM for me.

It was perfect. My flight had a delay so I went to the hotel late at night. The man on the reception (Yussef) waited for me and he welcomed me to my room. During my stay he was very helpfull, kind and respectful. On my last day I lost my flight and he allowed me to stay in the hotel as long as I wanted due to the heat outside and he offered me free lunch. The room was very clean, with air condition and good wifi. All the stuff is very kind and pleasant. I would recommend it 100%. 😀

Breakfast was adequate to get you stated for the daily activities. Lots of carbs and beverages to keep you on the move. The staff was willing to go beyond to assist with transportation and other services. I am a walker and enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood.

The villa has great potential. Attention to minor repairs and upgrades would be a big plus. With that said, I would stay there again.

Perfect stay, the brothers were great with hosting us and attending to everything we needed and even stayed up late till we got back to make sure we were safe. Breakfast is traditional and good. Didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi as we didn’t have much time but we will be back. Good location too.
