-location is great. Close to the Rialto bridge but far away where you don’t hear a lot of noise/foot traffic. -1 minute walk from the the Rialto stop. -10 min walk from San Marcos plaza -clean and bed is comfy. -good WiFi- I had a exam and did a online class. Went smoothly. -staff spoke English and were so helpful when we needed things. They are there from 8am-8pm. -They also held our bags when we checked out. - close to a grocery store. You can grab snacks and other items. - plenty of toilet paper and towels .

- walls are thin. You can hear people coming in and out and moving about. or in our case. Sing at 2am 🤣 - no elevators. If you have heavy luggage and you’re on the top floor …be prepared for the workout of your life. - depending on the rooms- they’re a little small and it was hard to place our phones or skincare near the bed. -water pressure isn’t the best and takes a while to heat up

It’s amazing how this property finds itself in the heart of Venice and yet with a feeling of being removed from the busyness of Venice’s bustling streets. We absolutely loved our stay here from the moment we arrived and were welcomed by the friendliest of staff! The rooms are spacious and clean whilst being preserved in an authentic style that makes you think back to how Venice used.to be before the tourists arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

No elevator is common across Italy but the friendly staff helped with bags up the stairs.

Everything was just amazing, the location for me is perfect I do t think we can find better actually the hotel is located in a lovely court even it is a very quiet area , all the attractions and the hot places are like 5 mn away , the room was so clean and so so lovely even better than the pictures and they clean it up to us, I will never forget the kindness of the staff, Giorgia was amazing always smiling and very vert friendly,Eleonora was so kid and also Cosmin who took the time to book for us a table for a restaurant and gave us re recommendations for sure we will go back and hopefully we ll meet the beautiful team

Nothing we disliked

The location is great, in the heart of Old Venice. Right next to the Rialto Bridge. Next to restaurants, shops and the great canal. It is an apartment not a hotel. The apartment has 3 bedrooms 1 and a half bathroom and a full kitchen. Coffee and snacks are provided fir you. One bedroom and a half bathroom is up stairs. That bedroom also has a balcony with outdoor table and chair seating. The view is just of rooftop of other huilding one one side of balcony and the side of a building across the street on the other side if balcony. But the balcony is great non the less.

Beware it is up like a 4th floor walk up. There is no elevator (like much if venice) but the man who checked us in, helped us with our luggage. And they helped us diwn the steps with our luggage on check out. They don't have an iron in the apartment. They provid iron service at $7 per piece of clothing. It is a bit pricey and more space than me and my family actually needed. But I booked last minute so my options were limited.

Excellent position in the centre of Venice, very close to Rialto Bridge. Many restaurants, bakery shops, coffee shops, supermarkets in very close distance from the apartment. We always love to stay for a few nights in Venice rather that to come for a day from mainland.

As usually in the old buildings, especially in Venice where every square meter is really precious: quite small kitchenette, limited space to store clothes, plus in November quite a challenge to heat the stone-made house /flat.

The location does get better than this. The staff is more than helpful and capable from water taxi / check in to recommendations. The set up is perfect for a family of 4 adults and 1 kid - pretty spacious compared to a lot of fancy hotels. Kitchen and bathroom have everything we need

My mom found two small black bugs next to her bed the first night. I WhatsApp the staff and they responded immediately and they sent people over to check / clean the next morning. Even gave us a complimentary cleaning. Didn’t have problems the rest of the stay

The big balcony was amazing and we ate a majority of our meals here. The bedrooms were nice and spacious, and the location was great because we were right by everything. They provided lots of espresso too! The staff was very responsive to ours questions through the booking site.

The upstairs bathroom is at the top of the stairs but not actual walkway from bedroom to bathroom so it could be a little dangerous for small children. Our youngest child was 8 so it was no issue for us though. It would have been nice to have smart TVs that could connect to Netflix or Prime.

Close to the Rialto, a beautiful historic Palazzo within easy walking distance of St Mark’s Piazza and central for everywhere. Immaculately clean: we opted for the extra of wine and strawberries which were delicious. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful with emailed information before our arrival and recommendations when asked for.

The location was fantastic! walking distance from the Rialto bridge and St Mark’s square. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms had beautiful antique furniture and quite spacious. They gave us a free bottle of Prosecco on arrival 👌

We only had one bathroom in our 2 bedroom apartment so next time would probably choose an apartment with 2 bathrooms or get 2 rooms. Hard with 2 Adults and 2 teenagers.

Our family of four had an excellent stay at Palazzo San Luca. The staff are friendly and helpful and the apartment itself was extremely spacious and very comfortable. The location is excellent and it’s the perfect place to set out and explore from but then comfortable and spacious to return after a busy day sightseeing.
