Excellent location, comfortable beds, spotless clean room, with all the necessary kitchen facilities (we even cooked twice). Both before and during our stay the staff was supportive and very responsive via Booking chat. The room was ready for check-in at 1pm. Free coffee and tea on the ground floor. Overall, would love to stay there again!

Depending on the number, your room will be either in Frankrijklei or in Quellin building. At the beginning it may seem complicated to find the room however the sign in the elevator (I attached it here) can be helpful.

The studio was very well equipped with new, good quality appliances. It had everything we needed and was in a good location. We had no problem accessing the property although we did meet people who had a long wait to get into their accommodation. There is a Lidl right next door but a much better option is an OKAY supermarket in the next street and at the end of that street a CARREFOUR supermarket, both of which are nicer. The Panos bakery withing a few yards is great for bread and croissants and are open very early. the property is very near the Central Station and is located at the end of the Meier, Antwerp's main shopping street. It also has a Metro and tram stop very close.

Lack of information was the main problem. not having someone to ask. We were there for two weeks and there was no information regarding recycling and garbage disposal. By the end of the first week we had accumulated quite a bit of garbage. Also because of internet problems we couldn't access the on-line manuals for the various appliances and we struggled to work the washing machine/dryer and the combined oven/microwave. For older people such as us the floor in the shower was very slippery, we ended up using the bat math in the shower. A non-slip rubber mat would have been good.

Breakfast could have been included with the room, as it’s pricy. And towels could haven been provided as often as possible. And room service should have been provided as the same as hotels for the price, in hotels you get breakfast free and towels as complimentary when you use them and need another extra, at YAYS by numa you have to pay for the parking which is a zonk. In hotels parking is free, YAYS by numa is good maybe for 1 or 2 days stays not for long term stays, I do not recommend longer stays if you expect service as hotels offer, but it’s great place to stay for 1 or 2 days.

These are really good sized apartments in a well furbished building, close to the Meir for shopping and an easy walk into the city centre for museums. The kitchen is well provided with some useful things like salt and pepper to hand. Beds are comfy, decor is smart.

I wasn't wild about having an unmanned reception beside bus stops etc. The doors were slow to open and close, so tailgating would be easy. I wasn't eating out in the evenings but I would have been wary coming in alone late at night. I didn't see any staff members other than one housekeeper in 5 days. If you are really concerned about security this might not be for you.

Modern and nice facilities. Great value for money.

The pillows on the bed were to large and hard for my taste but I guess that’s a personal preference.

Excellent, easy check in process with electronic door code. Staff is VERY responsive and quick! We were pleasantly surprised that we received a room upgrade with more space, it was WONDERFUL! Very clean, dishwasher & washing machine in apartment. Beds are HUGE and SO comfortable! Extra linens were left for our week stay. Strong wifi, no issues streaming and working on the computer. Great location: close to grocery, premium shopping, transport of all kinds and attractions. We walked everywhere easily!

If I had to nitpick...the sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable for just sitting on as a couch. But this DID NOT deter from us having an amazing time in Antwerp!

Great location and definitely value for the money. We really enjoyed our stay here- the apartment had everything we need and we liked the location (close to central station, the tram station and walking distance to old town/city center and lots of things to do. We also went to a festival at Middenvijver park and it was super convenient to get to and from the venue from the hotel.

Two piece of constructive feedback - 1. maybe it's just our preference, but the bed was uncomfortable for us. The bed was really hard and we had a hard time sleeping on the first night. The pillows and bedding was also uncomfortable. It took some time to get used to and was fine after a while. 2. The instructions and everything mentioned automated codes but it wasn't operational yet. We were confused and in the end, still needed help from reception to get key cards and such. The staff was helpful even though they probably had more questions than expected because of this confusion.

Loved the apartment, fresh and well done. Very clean in visible places. Comfortable for family, bedroom was isolated well enough. Hotel is clean and quiet. Plenty of supplies in stock room if you need coffee or towels. Well thought indeed. Also it’s very good location, plenty of interesting places around just in walking distance.

I am with disability and it was few steps down to our wing and lift for disabled didn’t work for all 10 days we stayed. It was very disappointing. Also the pillows are stone hard, if you have problems with your neck or shoulders better to have your own pillow as I did:)) And under the sofa bed was plenty of dust and some rubbish.

It really is a compact room but with everything you could need. The beds are great and warm. The room was clean enough if you have dust allergies. Kitchen is good too. The location is fantastic, it is a two minute walk to the Opera, from which you can go anywhere.

The check-in was delayed twice, with few minutes in advance. So if you expect to be able to check-in at 15:00, and at 14:50 you receive a message you cannot check-in until 16:00, then you are standing there with your luggage. This happend again at 15:55, that check-in was a 17:00. There are lockers to store your things in, but most of them are in use. We were lucky to manage with two small lockers. Note that the lockers might not accept your initial inputted code, and you will have to contact the manager via whatsapp, which can take 10 minutes. There is nobody on-site. I have experienced this, as have seen others with this issue. It does get resolved, but it does not provide a pleasant check-in. The fire alarm does not sound like a fire alarm, more like some beeping outside the room.
