Close to the airport, great early morning breakfast and was very clean. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

A free shuttle back to the airport is offered to guests, I tried to book this for the following morning of my stay to be told they’re not doing shuttles as a road was shut and I should ring for a taxi and pay €50 to get to the airport. Which makes no sense as the shuttle would’ve had to go the same route as the taxi. I wasn’t very happy as I have had to pay out more money due to my understanding there was a free shuttle.

Excellent location from airport. Train is close by to travel directly to Basel. Hotel is styled off race tracks which was cool and nice little touches in room. There is a large supermarket close by which was handy. Breakfast was a little skimped but was okay. Felt like a safe area and had enough parking outside. Hotel room was clean and had a decent amount of facilities. Staff was friendly and had a good amount of English. Definitely stay again

The airport is 5 minutes away via car and around 30 minutes from Basel's main attractions. It is located on the French border. If you want to save travel money, go through the airport & exit from the Swiss side and get the bus to the city centre. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, our room was clean with simple decor. We had a decent breakfast included in the price. Breakfast starts from 4 am to 10/11 am. The location is quiet and peaceful.

When we arrived, we called the hotel 5 times to say we had arrived however no one answered us. Could have been an issue with my network or theirs but it was ringing.

We always stop here on our way from Belgium to Italy. The location is absolutely perfect, right by the highway, just before Switzerland, with supermarket, bakery, gas station and a few restaurants all within walking distance. The area is quiet despite the proximity to highway and airport. The rooms (and bathrooms) are small, but clean and well arranged, perfect for a 1-night stay. Staff has always been very nice. Breakfast is very nice, too. Really, nothing to complain. Parking available and dogs welcome.

Nice quiet location 7 mins away from airport, free shuttle to airport as early as 4AM, super-early breakfast (did not use, but appreciated the opportunity), welcoming staff, interiors modern and clean, great restaurant recommendations, as the on-site bistro was already closed for the night

For some reason the ride to hotel from airport follows a much longer route then hotel to airport transfer, resulting in high Uber costs. But this is probably a problem on Uber side, not the hotel’s fault

Huge difficulty getting a taxi which meant I was worried about not being able to get to the airport very early in the morning. The shuttle bus was not operating. In the end the shuttle from Mercure Hotel nearby picked us up at 4.30 am and we got to the airport on time.

Excellent hotel for the nigth before an eatly flight. Staff pleasant. All very clean and modern. The free shuttle to the airport in the morning from 4am is great. I was also very impressed with how they laid out a continental breakfast buffet, even at 03:45am for travellers on the 4am shuttle. That's the sort of thing that makes me really appreciate this hotel and would make me come back. Showers great, room very comfy.

The shuttle to the airport in the morning was exactly on time, very quick and comfortable. The room fulfils all basic requirements. Bathroom was nice and bright.

Some noise throughout the night - but to be expected at an airport hotel. The shuttle from the airport needs to be booked in advance, it is not at the airport regularly at a designated pick-up area. Food menu very limited in the evening for dinner.

Shuttle easy to book and quick. Gas station nearby the hotel was significantly cheaper than the airport gas station. Breakfast was good and started very early so connecting to a flight on a full tummy was easy.

no connected public transportation to hotel from airport. Took an Uber and the construction as the airport added 12 km to the trip. construction at the airport made it a pain to get there

Large bathroom, good size room, really conveniently close to the highway but very quiet. The wifi was very good. The breakfast did not have a very large variety but it was really good and with good quality products. The parking is in the open air but right in front of the entrance of the hotel so it seemed secure. The personnel at the reception was really helpful and nice. They went the extra mile to help me. Congrats to the team.
