This was a great facility. Great location in the North Loop just a mile from downtown ! The apartment itself was nice & clean with all the necessary amenities, including washer and dryer, microwave and fridge, all of which we used. Even had a nice balcony.

Water pressure was a little light but they were planning on fixing it a week after we left. The Mattress was a little hard but we slept well enough.

wonderful small furnished apartment has all the kitchen equipment needed, super easy check in and check out, easy to figure out how to get into the building

for some of the time lots of noise from the apartments above me, loud and frequent walking noises, super annoying. Yes it was quiet at night but super annoying all during the day and late into the evening. Nothing they could do about it of course.

It was a perfect home away from home. It was clean and had amenities that gave it a home feel.Everything was within reach in terms of location, we were by a Whole foods , Starbucks and a few restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our stay !!

The shower heads could have been better since they did not have good water pressure. Our view from the one bedroom was not the best but not a deal breaker.The parking price was 25 dollars a night which I thought was a bit pricey but it was convenient as it was within the building.

The apartments are in a very new condition including the common place and elevator. They are located in the center of the city, everything is couple minutes away!

- You will have to pay about $24/day (depends on how often you take your car and for how long). There is a parking lot right inside the building with the room. But it’s not included with the room rate and you have to pay. And I was not able to find any cheaper alternative nearby - Since you park as a non-resident of the building, there is no guarantee that you could find a spot on the parking lot

The apartment was well furnished, large, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The building was quiet. We definitely experienced the stay we were expecting. Being able to Chromecast from my phone was a nice plus. The neighborhood is the nicest one in Minneapolis and the apartment was a much better value than a hotel would have been.

The view from our room was of an alley, but we weren't promised a good view.

The location is very central, the building is new & the apartment too. Nice modern decor. Full kitchenware for cooking. When we had a small issue with toaster it was replaced in less than 10 minutes.

It would be a lot easier if parking was also managed & booked by sonder. The fact that its a different app with different customer service was annoying. Also because I made a mistake I over-paid for parking.

Location was great, room was very comfortable and modern. Felt like a home away from home.

Shower curtain had tooth paste stains.

Nice place, beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed except a spatula.

Living room was very cold. We cranked up heat, so it was bearable to sit out there, while bedrooms were very hot because of cranked up heat.

Location was great. Loved being near the trails and Mississippi.

Decor was modern but somehow felt a little cold and not as welcoming vibe. Bed was way too firm.

Visiting family. Location was most important. Apartment was very comfortable and clean and so was building.

Didn't have regular TV.
