The accessibility, streamlined check in and check out experience, coffee shop access below, free light breakfast, unique unmanned hotel, the layout of the rooms were pleasant and we appreciate the big closet space for our luggage and the light panel with the master switch, and USB+convenience outlet, bed was comfy. Only 3 stations to the airport and 1 station away to Hakata!

Our tablet rebooted just before check out which took 10-15 minutes for us to figure out which caused a few minutes delay checking out that the cleaning staff had to knock and reminded us it was check out time. Maybe it’s good to have an option 2 to check out in case a tablet malfunction happens unless there’s an option to check out from the 2nd floor tablet which we weren’t aware of. The bathroom amenities were watered down like the cleansing oil and others.

Stayed here for 29 nights, I love the facilities, value for money, few minutes walk to hakata to other tourist landmarks. I admire the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the 2nd floor area where you can chill while doing people watching. Close to ichiran, there's a famous coffee shop in the same building and a many more must visit shops.

For security purposes, I just wished that the hotel will enforce the use of the key card to all point of entries. That only those with key cards get to access the 2nd floor, the elevator. But nonetheless, I still felt secured throughout the 29 days of stay.

The free breakfast is nice but its a bit boring having uton noodle every single day. The location is excellent - there’s a train station right next to the hotel. Perfect for independent travellers.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I wanted to store my luggage in the luggage room (I arrived at 2pm and check in starts from 4pm), however all the locks were out of order. I reached out to a staff and she took a few minutes to finally figure the situation. Not a pleasant check-in experience. The tablet in my room has some technical issues, it keeps restarting.

This is a great location close to Canal City and the bright lights of Fukuoka. Short 7 minute stroll to Hakata Station or jump on the subway which is right outside the front door. Heaps of food and shopping on your door step. Very quiet rooms, window opens so fresh air available. Staff were friendly, had free washing machines, breakfast was traditional Japanese. FUK Coffee is a 15 step walk, yep stepped it out. Great facility.

I would like to see the washing machine instructions in English apart from that it was an awesome place to stay.

No-contact hotel; check-in using a tablet was quite intuitive. Free washing mashine and dryer. Option to store luggage for free after check-out.

Breakfast included in the room price was called – light meal by the hotel. It was indeed light meal, noodles and some sea weed. Not our choice, so we ate elsewhere.

To be honest, I quite love this Hotel although there is no staff there to help us checkin. Just call them, and they are able to assist via tele-com or video call.

Lighting too weak, I can't make up properly in the room.

We skipped the Asian breakfast but it looked simple and tasty for those that like soup in the morning. Room was immaculate, fresh, lots of toiletries in refillable containers, plus some disposables to use or take. Charge ports in headboard. Little fridge. Good lighting options, all controlled in headboard. Digital check-in easy and given in multiple language options.

Mattress was quite firm, pillows were somewhat grainy and textured. Could have been more comfortable sleeping.

Breakfast was NOT what i expected, as seems a lot of international Guests this was Blah, noodles ,& water!

More food offered in different format, No ne there to help with check in, i asked a young man who sat n a computer for all time i sat in lobby waitin on a check in worker, asked him a few questions, then again as i could not get lights to work in my room, he was helpfull in both times i asked! NOT sure if he was employee??

The room are the average size for a Japanese business hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. The entrance of the hotel is in front of the metro station and 1 stop from Hakata Station. Also very close to some main sightseeings. The staff is polite and helpful when contacted. Thanks

The staff who’s very attentive and the free use of luggage room with laundry area as well The free umbrellas that can be used outside when raining.

I guess the dark color on the hallway and the wall painting. Should improve to be of lighter color.
