It was a really nice hotel and the view was good

The bedding was dirty and not done properly

Nice large comfortable suite with large comfortable super king size bed with sofa bed around the corner. It would have been nice to have had a bedroom to trap those who snore. Excellent cooking facilities, not that we used them, and breakfast in the morning was hot and tasty with extra praise for the dining room assistant who was very pleasant and served us some juice. Very quiet at night, aside those who snore, and excellent value for money, but then again we did have the cheaper price they do so don't think I would pay £370 per night for it.

Not having the bed in a separate bedroom

breakfast was basic item and good choice of health options and great pancake maker was great for the kids . The staff was excellent with advice and did there best to help. The laundry facilities was great, the only thing is evenings can get busier with the dryer , advice 3pm was a good time for us. The Social Evening on Mon, Tue, Wed, was great and wonderful selection of Nibbles and drinks and great way to talk to other guests. and kids enjoyed the event too.

lake of drinking water for guest and coffee was not great and the machine kept breaking . if only thought went in to cleaning the area would make it so much better. The leak under our sink was reported but unfortunately this was not fixed properly in room 410 room. The bedroom walls was not clean and it still had blood on the wall from previous guest. which left us deflated . dust was also on the skirting boards and the floors was not cleaned in bathrooms. The doors was not cleaned in our room and had finger prints and markings.

Very nice room and bed, cooking facilities with oven and microwave, fridge and basic utensils. Paid parking right outside. Easy walk into town or the harbour. Red Dragon Centre 10 min walk away. Dog friendly.

Breakfast was at times a bit disorganised - too many people in a small area if you got down there at the busiest time. One toaster did not work, the cookware in which some of the food was stored had lids but nowhere to put them, breakfast could be a little bit better organised on that side.

Staff were polite, professional, helpful, efficient. The hotel and studio were well presented, clean, welcoming and comfortable. I felt supported yet had the privacy I was seeking. An absolutely wonderful experience - will highly recommend. Sincere thanks to all for helping to make out trip a real success.

I am truly unable to offer information regarding improvements. Staff were absolutely excellent - and as our staff are out greatest asset and have the biggest impact on our customer experience, there is currently no need for improvement. Excellent.

Lovely decor and staff were very friendly, I got the impression that they would go above and beyond for customers.

The breakfast set up become very unsanitary very quickly as people were sharing full size condiments rather than individual spreads everywhere else, ie: people were taking jars of Nutella, Jam bottles of milk etc to the tables and children were spreading toast with the spreads leaving the knives in after licking the knives etc so made it very unsanitary very quickly.

Really lovely location and not too far outside of Cardiff centre. The room was clean, tidy and well presented with a good shower and comfy living area

Our only quarrel was the fact we were woken up by the sound of hoovers crashing into skirting boards and general cleaning activities at 8:30am! It seemed like the cleaner had a bone to pick with the hoover or was intent on letting the world know they weren’t in a good mood. I know 8:30am isn’t super early but at nearly £200 for one night this really wasn’t appreciated and really took the relaxing feel away from our stay

We felt right and home, the place was very clean and the breakfast was super tasty and great value for money. The bed was really comfortable and we both slept very well. We used the cooking facilities and it was just great. We had everything we needed for an amazing stay. Thank you very much. We enjoyed walking around the Wharf after breakfast and in the afternoon.

My only very small issue was the parking but we did know about it and it wouldn't put us off coming again. As we had to go in and out over the weekend it was hard to get a space later at night. And we also did find street parking close by.

I was really surprised how great this hotel was. I booked in a rush and it was so cheap I worried it might be a disappointment. How wrong I was! From the ample parking just outside, lovely, friendly and helpful staff, scrupulously clean and comfortable room and very tasty breakfast - the whole stay was fabulous and we’d definitely go back!

Coffee was not good - there is a coffee machine you can help yourself too but the ‘latte’ option produces something that does not taste of any coffee at all! Best thing to do is go for an Americano if you need a coffee hit! Flush on the toilet is weak. It can easily flush away the offending items but struggles with even small amounts of toilet later.

Very good breakfast with decent variety. Manager was hands on and took a personal interest in helping us with a dilemma. Many staff members were similarly helpful and professional. Cleaners were amazing.

decent average quality with no quality multigrain breads nor fresh sliced fruit. While many staff members were excellent, just as many were mediocre at the front desk and at breakfast. Gym altho really good had empty hand sanitizer and wipes.
