absolutely amazing place with then most peaceful surroundings! if you are looking to be away from the busy resorts and instead opt for tranquillity, quality and peace, this is ideal. Location is ideal if you want peace and quiet, but you will need a car to get around which is exactly what we did. Perfect location to access then whole island and everything is an easy drive away. One of the highlights of our holiday was the breakfast served by the most amazing couple, Danny and Patri! The kind, attentive service was top notch and quite honestly first class service by these two - overwhelming. We were looking forward to get down there to eat their delicious breakfast every morning... every day something new - beautifully presented and tasted like heaven in your mouth! Thank you both!!! One day perhaps you will be serving lunch and dinner as well and we will sure be there in a heart beat!! perfect place, perfect break, perfect breakfast! thank you!

If we could feedback an important need when you are on holiday in a place where they dont have a bar/restaurant, is to have a small fridge in the room so you can keep drinks cool, but all there was, was a wine cooler - which of course is not enough for a cool drink, or keep your water cold.... there were also some other room needs which we desired, but as they had just changed ownership im sure they will soon fulfil those needs.

Where to start ~ everything about this place was wonderful! I was speechless from the moment I walked in. The attention to detail and cleanliness were spectacular. The breakfast was so delicious, the bed and pillows were the best I've slept on during my travels. The reviews don't lie and that's excatly why I picked this place. Although it's not walkable to anything, I would still pick to stay here again. It was quiet & peaceful and very easy to get to, not to mention, only 9 minutes from the airport. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay, so we didn't get to use the pool as much as we would have liked to, but I dipped in one morning, and it was so refreshing.

It's not a negative review. Selfishly, my husband and I wish they served dinner as well because the breakfast tasted so amazing, it would have been nice to come back after a day of adventuring and just walk down the stairs to a great dinner.

Location

No one is waiting for you to show how you would enjoy your stay in this beautiful location. We stayed just one night and there was no one to say what kind of breakfast we would like and just the kindness’s of the Girl appointed for the breakfast saved it. The pool supposed to be heated was cold. No Info about how to get WiFi password. We did not care about TV but it did not switched on ( we were looking for possible WiFi passwords in). In my humble opinion, this beautiful renewed Finca would need a human presence to be elevated in an outstanding stay.

This is a fabulous boutique hotel like you would not expect in Lanzarote! Max, owner and host, and his team are making your stay as enjoyable as possible. We had a fantastic room with a terrace with ocean view. The breakfast is outstanding. The hotel is situated very central but calm at the same time. We recommend it to anybody who is seeking for the special, away from mass tourism.

Everything was fantastic!

Beautiful property in every way, space, location, art and views. Extremely comfortable. Patri who served breakfast was delightful and breakfast delicious!

I called to clarify that only breakfast was available but no dinner. It would be nice to have a tea/coffee facility, also a proper fridge rather than wine fridge. Some restaurants were quite close but it was dark and as I didn’t have a car I didn’t fancy walking alone. It felt like a hotel just without some facilities.

We had the most incredible experience at this hotel! The host was simply exceptional - incredibly friendly and provided fantastic restaurant recommendations. And let me tell you about the breakfast made by Veronica – it was like being served by a breakfast angel! The room was equally impressive, with tastefully selected furniture that complemented the overall elegance of the hotel. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Everything was fantastic

luxurious villa. room was amazing. the view was wonderful and incredibly peaceful. staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us max the owner was friendly and helpful and very welcoming. and Christine the chef was fantastic breakfasts were great especially the Irish wheaten bread!

we were the only guests for most of the week and although it’s amazing to have such a place to ourselves we were a little lonely. but that can’t be helped by the owners. and we did get an upgrade on our room! the villa is out of the way and you would need to hire a car to get anywhere easily. we can’t drive abroad so used taxis and buses. which were both fine.

A little gem tucked away from the main touristy sight. Amazing, friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was a delight. Beautiful decorations but most importantly cleanliness was top notch! 5 minutes walk to the bus stop which takes you to the beach and Arricife.

The entrance wasn't easily seen at night. The ambience was great but would have been great if there could be more lighting.

The breakfast was excellent, prepared freshly each day by Veronica - a first class chef. The presentation was beautiful, the quality exceptional. More than a breakfast it was a full meal and sufficient to keep one going until the evening. You could sit eating breakfast with the peaceful view of countryside and the sea. The décor was outstanding. The facilities in the bedroom catered for everything - down to toiletries etc. The staff were extremely friendly. It is in a very quiet location, with no noise of traffic and the rooms are soundproofed and so very private.

I can think of nothing I did not like.

Frankly, everything. Casa Serena is the creation of someone’s dream. A secluded but centrally-located hideaway. From the moment we arrived until the moment we (regretfully) had to leave, we were given a first rate yet down-to-earth treatment by Max and company. The facilities are decorated in a very original style and the rooms are well appointed spotlessly clean. And the breakfast…it is superb.
