Extremely well presented resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent facilities with a nice swimming pool, well equipped gym and treatment rooms. Very good breakfast with a good choice of breakfast foods. Fitness classes daily in the pool and gym with Michael who was excellent at his job. Suitable for all ages from younger 'fitness' conscious adults to older people with mobility issues. Ideal place for a quieter break for those that don't want to be partying 24/7!!

Mattresses on the beds weren't the most comfortable although when mentioned to staff, they quickly resolved the issue with an extra mattress.

even if the room was really great, as from 6 am noise due to (opening of the doors or moving of table and chairs?) and as from 8hour due to preparation of the breakfast (room is located just above reception bathroom is becoming a little bit old-fashioned but still ok some longchairs at the pool are broken

I went for a wellness program. I heard about it from a friend in Iceland.. It has a really amazing physiotherapy and massage department..the gym facilities and heated indoor pool is excellent. Stretching yoga and aqua classes ..some daily some 3x weekly Some classes were 10 euro...really exceptional value for money. The pool was large and people were very respectful of people's personal space..no noise or boisterous behaviour. The amount of activities..cultural evenings..Salsa music quiz..just to name a few.. cookery lessons. The breakfast were ..folks go there..the choice was amazing and I availed of the restraunt for evening food also. I had only one complaint (and that is a supply issue..umbrellas..they were waiting for them to arrive.) Staff were kind and considerate..overall I enjoyed my stay and I have booked again for December ..This is one of these hidden gems that you want to shout about..yet you want to keep to yourself..love loved EVERYTHING. about this place

No umbrella..but its been rectified

The hotel is in a very quiet place, yet you can walk to the city and the ocean within 15-20 minutes. We had a sense of privacy throughout the resort. The room was nice, very clean, spacious, furnished in a simple style without frills. The breakfast was fantastic, with a large selection of food considering all the intolerances that people have these days. We were in the hotel for 5 days and every day we could have something different. The pool bar is open throughout the day where you can have a snack, lunch or alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. The pool bar is connected to a restaurant where you can have a great 4-course dinner at a very good price. The staff is very very nice and helpful. We had a pleasant welcome at the reception. The hotel is not new, but it can be seen that it is regularly maintained. More than once, we saw that maintenance painted or repaired something. In the hotel area is a pool, minigolf, wellness/healt center, gym. For me and my wife, a great hotel, at a reasonable price, away from the noise of the center. I recommend.

I was really lucky to pick this hotel for my first stay on Lanzarote. Hotel is located on hill above Puerto del Carmen with great access by car few mins from the airport (sufficient private parking lot available for free) and as such consists of several small "houses/rooms" in large garden/park. Environment is really calm and clean, hotel provides great services and food is excellent. If I should visit Lanzarote next time, this would be my first choice again.

Some stuff especially in Mocan restaurant was not able to speak fully English. Last two days of my visit (hot days above 32°C) strong smell of sewers was present in bathroom.

Comfortable chalet style amongst beautiful gardens, fantastic heated pool, great breakfasts, well supplied gym, very friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely LOVED my stay at Casas Heddy and would definitely stay again! It's located in a quiet residential area of Puerto del Carmen so it is really quiet and peaceful at night, I slept like a baby! However, it was only a 15 min walk to the old town and about 30 mins walk to the beaches, bars and restaurants on Avenida de las Playas. There is a bus stop (Balcon del Mar) about 10 mins walk away with direct buses to Avenida de las Playas, Playa Blanca, the airport, Matagorda, the Teguise Sunday market and Arrecife so its easy to get about if you don't have car although beware: it is the LAST bus stop in Puerto for buses heading to Playa Blanca and they are pretty much always full so you have to walk at least 2 or 3 stops back towards Puerto to guarantee you can get on which was a bit of a pain. I had no issues with the buses going the other way to Avenida de las PlayaMatagorda/Arrecife and the buses are really cheap. My room was a really good size with loads of space and a small balcony and sea view (perfect for having a few glasses of wine at night) the bed was comfy and shower superb. Breakfast was so filling and tasty, loads of choice with hot and cold food plus freshly squeezed orange juice and nice that the food varied every day. So lovely to eat breakfast by the pool with such friendly waiters. I love that the place doesn't feel like a hotel, the rooms are designed as individual 'casas' so you feel like you are staying in a private residential estate that has a shared swimming pool. The gardens around the hotel are really nice too. The staff were supremely helpful and friendly, they booked tours and taxis for me and were super helpful when I wanted to stay an extra night. If you like full on party, bars and music till late at night this will not be for you.

I can't honestly think of anything apart from next time I'd go for longer so I could try the spa and use the pool more often! I guess I'd say the location, whilst perfect for me, if you don't like walking and want to be in the centre of the action this place would not be for you.

Room was comfortable and quiet. It was in a nice position looking over the pool.

No hairdryer in the room. Had to be collected from reception which I constantly forgot to do before my shower!!! The resort is quite far from the front.Nice walk down but had to get a taxi back as uphill all the way.

We had a fabulous stay here for 4 nights, the staff were welcoming & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable, the gym well equipped, the pool area lovely & clean… great cocktails in the pool bar! We enjoyed a cooked breakfast each morning… lots of hot/cold choices & omelettes made to order. Neither my friend or I have any physical mobility difficulties but we were very impressed with how accessible everything within the resort is for those who do, especially the gym & pool. It is very good value for everything that it offers. It is a a 10 minute walk down to the old town where there are lots of lovely restaurants. We enjoyed walking to Puerto Calero from the old town.

Everything was great! The only thing I could suggest would be to have hairdryers in the rooms, however we were able to borrow one each day from reception.

Very quiet and totally accessible. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere for rehabilitation. Excellent food. Highly recommend a massage with Frida !
