We received VIP treatment at the front desk when we checked in. Staff was very welcoming and informed us about everything we need to know about the hotel like where to take breakfast, how to communicate any concerns we have through their 24/7 chat platform, etc. The view of the Rhone River was also spectacular.

The price is too expensive. The size of the room is also not comparable to other five-star hotels we have stayed in before.

The staff are amazing always very efficient and ready. The food is amazing , location is great. I had a issue with a double booking and a lady called Giovanna from guest services looked into it and sorted out the problem , so the guest is always first in this hotel.

The property is very dated the facilities, lighting , decor of room really needs to be updated. Its a great hotel but for the price you pay the room is not up to standard.

- location is nice: very close to the shopping streets and lake. - breakfast: i like the option of having your breakfast in the room (free of charge) - variety of food: if you like asian food like me, this is a plus! I cant have European food 24/7. - the Valet and room service staff are friendly.

- rooms are very small. - paper thin walls. You can hear everything going on in the nearby rooms and hallway. - front desk don’t really smile and greet you when you enter and exit or walk by the desk (only when we checked in)

The service and courtesy of the staffs are top notch. When we checked in, Tom from Front Desk was amazing. He was so efficient and fast in our check in process, hence we were able to rest in our cozy rooms much faster. In addition Tom kindly enrolled me to the Mandarin Club wirh certain attractive benefirs. The Concierge Desk lady - sorry I did not catch het name tag - was also very helpful in recommending and making reservation to a popular cheese fondue restaurant not fsr from Mandarin Geneva. While we checked out this afternoon, Adrien from Front Desk was very helpful and efficient. Last but not the least was the Car Valet and Porter team. They are magnificent! Thank YOU MO Geneva in making our short vacation a memorabke one!

The view from our room was not particularly pleasing. The hotel indeed shows some age in its electronics and digital capability. Please kindly refurbish. Thank you.

everything was very good

not having free wifi , unless you register with mandarin group ( which is free ). but why the extra steps for a 5-star hotel that i paid a premium price for? when usually its room number and family name to connect.

Almost everything is great Lobby was amazing Room was refurbished and clean Food appeared in minutes Bed was comfortable Overall a very very good experience

1.Unfortunately the view of the room was shameful for a mandarin oriental standards My room was facing the offices of the hotel 2.the couch in the room wasn’t comfortable and could’ve used a better one 3.the curtains didn’t close perfectly so it resulted in sunlight coming in my room in the early morning

Great breakfast, amazing Cappuccino but you have to order and wait for scrambled eggs. Wi-fi not so fast, but free. The Japanese restaurant in the structure is excellent and there is a very good gym with top equipment by Technogym. The room is nice and beds are ok. Quiet room.

Wi-fi is not so fast, and one evening I came back and found my room locked for room service. My key didn't work, I tried to ring and knows but nobody open. One receptionist then kindly came to my room and opened the door. Inside my room there was a lady and a man of the staff that apparently didn't hear me trying to ring and knock. I had a bad feeling on this.

Excellent service - we were completely spoilt with surprises like a champagne 🍾 in the room, a couple of complementary desserts, and also a rim service in the evening when we were out with rose petals on the bed, they made our stay absolutely amazing! The breakfast was also one of the best ever - not only that, they also prepared hot dishes for us on request with a very extensive menu - all included in the price we paid for the room with breakfast. Can’t wait to stay with them again!

Very good location at the center of Geneva. Exceptional service. Sumptuous breakfast buffet. Well-appointed rooms with lots of amenities.

Fitness center a bit small, but ok for a short visit.
