Upon arrival, we were directed to a room that was due for maintenance. The representative was great in making sure I was accommodated appropriately. My room was upgraded for the same price for the inconvenience and his customer service was great. We were tired, so we didn't want to spend much time at the front desk. The front desk clerk delivered! The room was clean, though the bathtub had a slow drain- it didn't overshadow the value of our stay.

Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Bathroom was roomy and worked well for a handicap person. Very quiet. Staff nice. They made sure we had all we needed to be comfortable. Cable has a nice variety

We stay in a lot of hotels for the business we are in. Was disappointed in the time frame, especially on a Sunday morning for breakfast. Most hotels do give 4 hours towards breakfast. Many people entered when we did but little no food because nothing is put out after 830. A lot of people like to be lazy on a Sunday morning, only to find out....you can't have food sorry....

The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was large.

The bathroom could have been nicer, very simple and old looking. No vegan option for breakfast, only fruits. Would like to see at least a dairy free yogurt option or soy milk or almond milk for coffee.

the location was nice. it was clean. liked that it was near Cracker Barrel and mr. chubby. we loved the beds super comfortable. the ac and refridge worked awesome. stayed in room 405 and had a view of the pond.

the elevator was super slow. the breakfast bar was low every morning on butter apple juice and orange juice. the outside could use a fresh coat of paint and the lobby needs to have tv on mute. when we walked in a movie was playing saying all the f words and words a business shouldn’t have playing with families of small kids or even adults like my self not wanting to hear.

Did not have the breakfast,but the location was perfect for us.

Just one night when we came back we didn’t have any towels and had to go down to the front desk to get them.

We liked the breakfast. Eggs were great as was coffee. Sad that there was no yogurt though.

Renovation of elevator was inconvenient, but staff was as helpful as they could be. Thought $40 for dog was steep.

Comfortable bed, good shower.

The place is beginning to look a bit threadbare in places. Better attention to room details, like wear and tear on furnishings would help. Some of the staff have the habit of referring to everyone as "Sweetie". Now that may be a Southern thing, but I believe that referring to people as Sir or Madam is polite and more professional. In a word, the standards at BW Cecil Field have grown "lax."

Value and the staff was very accommodating. It was being remodeled on 1st floor but spacious room and updated.

Donna was very knowledgeable and answered any questions upon registration. The gentlemen who worked there did a fantastic job keeping every thing filled to capacity. Very friendly.

I loved everything. The front desk made me feel like family. The hotel was very clean. Cleaning staff was very respectful and courteous. Best place I have EVER stayed in Jacksonville Fl.
