The towels were trash the bedding was uncomfortable the manager or owner was very rude very smart mouth judgemental and ugly to us.. our home burnt down the day of the night that we checked in and the red cross gave us funds to get a room so we came there as a matter of convenience and it being close to our regular day to day life... The lady with me is the home owner who is almost 70 and is still very much recovering from a terrible car accident and she is very much disabled and we were almost thrown out of the place for being a lil late and I had the money on the way to pay for the room ;]

No heat in rooms

The lady at the counter was very rude and acted like checking me in was an inconvenience. She didn’t provide the WIFI password either and I didn’t want to go ask for it because I didn’t want to speak to her again. The floor had soft spots in it and I felt like I would fall through it. There was a dirty towel in the bathtub as well so I don’t think they cleaned up after the last guest. It’s also in a sketchy area so you have to be careful at night. The pool was green.

Room 135 not cleaned bathroom tub was unacceptable the toilet was dirty the sink was dirty the floors were filthy- blood on the floor and pillow cases- I called front desk lady was extremely unprofessional and told me she couldn’t help me because she was helping another customer. I told her “I myself am a customer ma’am “. She was very rude and abrupt and very loud- she kept saying she didn’t want ton”argue” with me. This was not an argument it was me as a customer telling her what was in acceptable. I was later called at 10:00 pm by a lady whom I was assuming was the manager of the property- we spoke and I explained my issue and asked her to pull cameras/voice recordings to check out her employees actions - later around without any “heads up” my husband was woken up by an abrupt pounding on the door around 10:30 PM. He was sound asleep and it startled him. There was an officer as well as one of the employees from the facility at my husband‘s door. They asked him if he was having an issue, he said no, but the only issue he had was his room was filthy. They asked if they could come in and the officer and employee came in to his room, and the employee agreed that the room was less than desirable and come up to the front office in the morning to discuss it with management. My husband did not take a shower at all because the shower was filthy and he would not use the toilet facilities I can’t believe they would charge $80 a night with no breakfast being served and filthy rooms not even being inspected before they put a human being in the room, the place is appalling. I am requesting that I get a full refund. I don’t want to be comped for another day as this facility is unacceptable. If I do not get a refund then I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The lady that is married to the owner of this hotel is extremely extremely conceited and rude and completely.nssty When it comes. To handling business or financial transactions with any females. Extremely extremely overly flirtatious essentially forthcoming with any male figures dealing in the same. Issues issues. It's almost disgusting. She needs to sit down water hot. Self. Especially out and do well county...... If she only knew. 😆oookkkay

She is a horrible host, and it's even worse that she's married womand a highly unskilled businesswoman at that running the whole hotel. Customer service and social network industry for the hotel cause officially the face of the companythathas resulted in extremely horrific hygiene hygiene and disgusting roach infested rooms.

Nothing!

The entire stay was awful and hated it. I asked for non smoking but i was placed in one. I could not sleep with the stench of smoking smell. The curtain fell down, the door wasnt completely closed in, there was no pillow case, no towels, no toilet paper, stains on bathtub, some blood spots. I think it waa dried blood on the AC/heat. The tv doesn’t even work. I would reallt appreciate my money back and this was beyond my simple request for a simple room yet i was put in a room that looks unfinished.
