We absolutely loved the views and the entryway with the fireplace, and all the amenities. There is so much to do and it was so much fun for us and for our kids. We were lucky to be one of the only guests and it be so empty.

I only didn’t like the staff member at breakfast who didn’t seem to care for the fact we changed our minds and chose not to eat there due to the cost; we hadn’t even sat down yet. She seemed to take it offensively that we felt $71 was pricey for our family and she said it’s about what we would pay elsewhere for breakfast, which isn’t true. You can pick up breakfast anywhere for less than $71. She should have just said no worries at all and thanked us and left it at that versus commenting on my son being 12 and that’s why it costs us more — albeit, my son was 10 and it was my daughter who was 12. But again, not something she should have commented on. I feel like breakfast should be ALOT cheaper. Many hotels offer free breakfast. It’s just not affordable for a family to eat there.

This is my favorite hotel in the whole United States for my family! We have stayed here five different times since it opened for quick weekend getaways. I compare the experience with going on a cruise. Everyone is so friendly and there is so much to do. The restaurant is fabulous!!! There is no other hotel anywhere that is as welcoming and wonderful! I’m so thankful for everyone who has worked here since this location opened. I just wish I had more time to spend and enjoy more of the property’s amenities!

The chairs by the fireplace need a little tlc! The rope bottom is unraveling.

Nice spacious rooms, fairly clean, with lots of things to do on property

$175 charge for 2 dogs for one night, Saturday night all activities closed down at 10pm including the bar, breakfast wasn’t good, gravy awful, pastries hard as rock

The Lodge at Camp Margaritaville totally exceeded our expectations!!! The cleanliness of the the Lodge was impeccable. Everyone was extremely friendly, especially our server Matt at Fins. He was amazing and made us feel so welcomed! The location is perfect! We loved that it was set back a little bit from the major roadways but we could get to everything we needed to within a short time. The beds and the pillows were the most comfortable we've ever had. It made the stay so much better! It was nice to sleep in a comfortable bed after long busy days! We also loved that there was so much to do onsite. Next time we stay, we will be leaving a couple of days open so we can just stay and hang out all day at the camp & lodge. We will not stay anywhere else but here when we come back and visit.

Loved the outdoor amenities like the lazy River and hot tub! Everything was so clean! The location was everything! Super close to everything but far enough off the path for a nice wind down after a long day. We have 3 kids ages 3, 8, and 9 and they had a blast at the arcade and pool. The restaurant on the premises had really good food too! Must try the TN nachos! Playground was beautiful and new. Kids had a blast. There is so much to do right at the hotel. Our room was so nice and comfy. Beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend this stay.

Didn’t like the hot tub and fires were closed so early. Believe it all closed down by 10 which was a tad bit too early for us.

Everything is excellent

Not that it’s a dislike, but it would be nice if the system would flag regular customers and if the desk staff would acknowledge such, some Hotels that I have stayed at regularly recognize the regular customers and greet them with a “welcome back”, “glad to see you again” etc, I have stayed here many times and always get treated like a new customer, I think upping that level of detail would feel more welcoming to us regular stayers. Also it would be nice to have the Booking reservations be reflected on the Rewards program for the hotel.

VERY VERY CLEAN. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to accommodate for family Christmas. On-site grill and breakfast were very reasonably priced and food was not too bad. The game room floor was nice, although several things needed maintenance. The lobby decor and roaring fireplace was an added plus to sit and relax. Would stay here again for sure.

The game room had several attractions that needed repair. The mini fridge is true to its name MINI. Don’t expect to get but a 6 pack of drinks in that thing. The shower water pressure in our unit was extremely weak. Small stools or side bed tables would have been an extra plus for Cpaps, glasses and books, but may not apply to all.

It has been years since I've been on a vacation and didn't want to leave! I absolutely adored everything about Camp Margaritaville! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful! There were 2 in particular that deserve a shout out - Matthew I believe, in the upstairs restaraunt and Smiling Young Man serving at the pool. Both of these young men were above and beyond fantastic! This was my 5 year old daughters first vacation that she really will remember and it won't be Dollywood that stands out, it will be the Lodge and the amazing rooms and the awesome pool and slide! Thanks everyone at Camp for helping make our vacation exceptional! We can't wait to come back!

My only complaint is not having a hand held shower head! Other than that, don't change a thing please!

The hotel was beautiful and combined aesthetic of margaritaville with a rustic feel that feels cozy and welcoming. My favorite features were the fireplace in the lobby, the bowling alley, arcade room, and fire pit outside where you could either roast marshmallows or make s'more's. The room was big, comfortable, and clean. They even started to give free hot cocoa in the lobby. The view of the smoky mountains was amazing to see. Overall enjoyed our stay and was great to enjoy the holidays there with family.

I've always loved the tropical feel and decor at the Margaritavilles, but to add that smokey mountain touch was perfect! I did not bring our dogs, but this hotel was all dog and RV oriented, which makes this one of a kind in Pigeon Forge ! There were so many things to do at the hotel,we were never bored and the lazy river was spot on! There were so many bars in there I was never thirsty! The hotel was tucked in away from the hustle of the main street, but still a great location from everything
