Staff on check in were lovely and incredibly helpful. We were able to bring our cat in to the room with us which was great. We stayed in one of the glamping pods and it was a perfect size for our last minute decision to stay in Bendigo for the night while on a long drive.
The room could have been cleaner, under the bed was incredibly dusty and our cat came out from hiding under there with a condom wrapper stuck to him. The bathroom and shower was quite small. Good for a short stay though.

Exceptionally comfortable beds - lovely living space, kitchen with everything you need. Premium sheets and lots of pillows (loved the pillow mist!!), lovely big rosette in shower, super clean, amazing range for kids to do and very close to the Rail Trail for a great run! Wish I had a whole week or more to really unwind and enjoy all this accommodation had to offer!
Absolutely minor, but kids didn't like that beds had nowhere to place books, torch or water bottle in bed

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Great activities for the kids, always a busy fun day. Great fire that we shared at night with other guests. Was so amazing to have a pet friendly stay were the animals were treated as good as we were
The older TV'S were the only disappointing thing, as most kids these days are used to watching netflix and that wasn't possible without bringing a computer and cables etc

Got a message about 11am to say our room was ready. We arrived about 2pm and by 2.05pm we were in the room. It was such a cute little cabin, immaculately cleaned and warmed for our arrival on a chilly, wet day. Tea and coffee provided, with a kettle and milk in the mini fridge. There was also a microwave, but no stove or toaster that I saw. The room was too small to try cooking a meal, but facilities enough for snacking and cuppas. Towels and toiletries provided in the dinky little en suite. It was just lovely for our quick stop.
The only thing I could note that was missing was fresh milk at the shop. They did provide little UHT cartons in the fridge, but I would have purchased fresh if they had it (the shop looked well stocked for snacks and drinks otherwise). Possible a little latch on the bathroom door to keep it closed; the roller was so smooth, the smallest gradient meant it didn’t stay closed on it’s own. Can’t comment on park facilities as we didn’t use them.

Very nice cabin, cozy and cute, clean and simple. Staff very friendly, fast check in. The cabin smells nice and kept us warm during night. Supplied shampoo, hand wash easy to use as well. Good environment around the site too, lots of things to do for keep kids busy.
We love the unique design for the 2ppl cabin, and think It’d be great if there can be similar designed but slightly bigger ones for family.

We loved the superior family cabin, as it was so spacious and really modern. Made it a very comfortable and cozy stay, that didn’t quite feel long enough!
The lack of proper grass for our puppy. He got a lot of prickles and dust through his paws because there wasn’t enough grass patches for our walks when it was time for him to do his business.

The main bedroom was great but staying as two adult female friends one had a luxurious bed and one had a rigid hard bunk.
The price is far too high. I believe I paid significantly more than friends staying at the park at the same time. Also friends that had booked a budget cabin and payed a third less than I did got upgraded. I’ve been staying at park for 14 years.

I absolutely loved the little glamping pod that we stayed in. I thought it was very cute. The beds were nice and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the whole place gave off a fresh vibe.
Perhaps the glamping pods could be a tad bigger so a table for 2 could fit. A little verandah would add to the cuteness. That’s all I can think of right now though.

The glamping pod we stayed in was really lovely. The playcentre on-site was really good. The staff were really lovely also. Quiet park at night :) It was a great park to stay at.
A little more attention to cleaning. Was a tad dusty in some areas and cleaning in the corners of the bathroom would be good.
