This hotel was amazing!! Like 100% genuinely great!!! After reading quite a few wild things about hotels etc in Giza and Cairo we were quite weary about this booking but everything worked out amazing. The place is real, the staff are wonderful, the owner is lovely, the room - fantastic. We booked the room with the jacuzzi bath - which I would highly recommend. It was clean, comfy, even a little fridge and kettle station in the room. The jacuzzi bath was amazing after our long day at the pyramids. The view from the room as well is just mind-blowing - incredible!!! The bar staff were lovely too, we did have some wine and dinner there one night, it's just standard hotel style so not bad. Really convenient to walk to the pyramid ticket office and entry, local food shops and bakeries close by too. Very happy with our stay!!!!

The staff were excellent. Everything we needed we received straight away, and even if we don’t ask, the team makes sure to bring us juices or water. They always asked if we needed anything. We stayed in the King Deluxe with Hot tub. It’s not a jacuzzi. If you want the perfect view of the pyramids this is the room to get. Air-condition fully functional and clean room, considering it’s in-front of a desert. I gave them a 10 because of the effort that everyone is putting in to make it the best among all of the hotels in this location. I get it, it is not perfect but nothing is, and you are in Egypt, but enjoy the best view, and amazing people.

I was quite hesitant at first to book this accommodation given the past reviews, however the owners and staff were very dedicated to change and made sure our stay was great! The breakfast can be better. As it wasn’t serve hot and was left outside for guests. But in the desert, the flies and the air is different than normal.

I Highly Recommend this hotel if its your first trip in egypt definitely book this hotel as it's really close to all the must vist sites in egypt .the view itself is breathtaking and I love how i woke up every morning and the pyramids is just there looking majestic as ever . all the staff are very courteous ,thinks about your safety and will guide you in booking tours, also they have a restaurant and they serve great Egyptian food private note from james thank you soo much for everyone that made our stay wonderful . We stayed in the Deluxe king suit with pyramid views and the view was spectacular, we could see them from the hot tub that is in the room. We also had another 2 rooms that was also very comfortable. The staff was fantastic and so friendly they went above and beyond to help and provide everything for us, they also offer free transfers to and from airport. The staff speak great English and just kept giving, honestly the amazing friendly people I have ever met. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and to go see the pyramids that’s not to far away from the hotel.

Outstanding customer service. The housekeepers were great and attentive. The roof view and food service were amazing. I’m so happy that the staff knew how to speak in english so I had no communication problems. I stayed in the deluxe pyramid view room with the Jacuzzi and it was worth it after walking around site seeing coming back to the room and getting in the jacuzzi. At the hotel you can book all kinds of tours and they also have a taxi service. The hotel has it all and Mrs. Rania will go above and beyond to meet all your needs. Outstanding hotel and recommend it to everyone.

Great customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I was able to communicate with the staff without any issues as they spoke in english. The restaurant has great pyramid views and the food is very tasty. The facility is very clean and the decor is gorgeous. The room is very spacious and very clean. The view from the room are amazing and the balcony was very spacious. Great amenities as well in the room. I was able to book tours and book airport transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone no matter if you travel alone or with company.

The owner Adam is so kind and nice and he making us so happy always he and the reception work 24 hours... The food was great and very delicious and was such special view from the roof top view all the pyramids and sphinx amazing time and place ❤️🌹 and they pick from the hotel the service is very good 👍 they spoke very and perfect English ... I book suite with balcony is amazing...All the staff were very kind and helpful and the breakfast was a amazing and delicious and the view of the pyramids from the dining area on the roof was fantastic 🤩 we loved staying at best view pyramids hotel great view from the rooftop bar and restaurant open till the middle of the night the hotel have very short distance location and pyramids location and we can book all the tours from the respetion and the ladies on the reception are very friendly and tried to make my visit very comfortable I enjoyed the trip to the pyramids I recommend all my friends to stay in best view pyramids hotel

I enjoyed this property so much that I decided to stay an extra day, and I upgraded myself to the Deluxe King Suite with Pyramid View. The room was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. The bedding was exquisite and I could see the Spinx with my head on the pillow in cool air conditioning. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe at this hotel and I was able to coordinate all my tours with them. Good breakfast included and good bar service. Thank you Booking.com for recommending this hotel, I will definitely be back.
