Location is SUPERB!!!! Nestled in the heart of Giza, Zeina Pyramids View offers a breathtaking panorama of the ancient wonders. Definitely a great view of the pyramids and the light and sound show. Staff are friendly and helpful We wanted to be close to the pyramids and that is what we got. The roof top area is great. If you want to be near to Giza is a densely populated not so wealthy area and you do feel you you are seeing the real Cairo. A mosque is very near and the call to prayer is lovely to hear.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! Everything was more than wonderful, starting from checking into the hotel until our departure from there. The breakfast was excellent, especially with the view of the pyramids. The workers there also always help you. They helped us a lot and organizing tourist trips is also wonderful. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

They offered us transport service from the airport but they didn´t show up. and they did´t inform us neither. We waited more than one hour and finally we had to take a cab in the street. The traditional breakfast was very delicious; infortunaly they didnt offer every day, were days when the breakfast was supermarket snacks.

My stay was very exceptional management (ozzo) and all staff where very well trained,experienced and very kind to all customers, rooms are very well kept and super clean, beds are super comfy and cozy, sheets are well cleaned and soft air conditioner is well maintained and got hot,cold okay screen size, bathroom is nice good sized and clean, recommended and safe for couples and families very nice view of the permits. Very nice setup on the roof clean, full menu of drinks hot & cold , very spacious with smooth lights and an amazing views of the permits.

The hotel has an incredible view of the Pyramids. The rooms were comfortable but also well-equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay very pleasant. The service was extremely cordial and friendly, adding a warm touch to our experience.

I had an amazing time with my family thanks to the hotel staff specially mahmoud who organized for us some tour there and Ola was so helpful and cheerful lady . Rooms were clean , breakfast included nice service

The staffs are amazing. They do everything to you feel comfortavel and have a great time in Gyza. They offer wonderful tour around with driver and guide for very good price. The guide and drive just help a lot. It was a pleasure to be there.

I would like to have different options for breakfast and dinner. But it is delicious the Egyptian food.
