The hotel is located in a quiet and green area on the banks of the Danube, just a 10-minute walk from Hauptplatz. Everything was perfect: the view from the 9th floor to the Danube, the breakfast with everything, from cold meats and cheeses to omelettes with bacon, the friendly staff.

The only aspect, but not of great importance, was the carpeting, a bit used, but taking into account that they will move to a new location in 2026, it is understandable the lack of minor investments

The breakfast was outstanding. Big choice, self-made jam, Muesli, Porridge, grilled vegetables... and so much more. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to enjoy all of the specialities ... and therefore, some people would say it is a bit expensive (24 €/day). But still... fantastic choice !

Although reception people were very kind and nice, they did not feel able to call the Translation (luggage was missing) or to help me out with finding a solution.

We were very comfortable. The room was clean, quiet and well organised with easy access using the lift. The dining area with gorgeous views over the Danube was comfortable, efficient and staffed with very friendly helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was extensive and full of delicious choices and the meals, coffees and cake we consumed were equally tasty, nicely presented and served. Quiet corners to work were easily found. The hotel was perfectly located for the event we were attending in the Brucknerhaus next door and also an easy walk away from the centre of Linz for a pleasant wander in town.

The room was very warm which meant nighttime comfort was difficult. I also would have appreciated a comfortable chair in the room although there were plenty of comfy chairs/settees in the dining area which were much appreciated.

I know there is no air conditioning but a fan would have been nice. Bad timing with room near (over) amphitheatre due to noise would have been nice to be offered another room with staff being aware of the use of the amphitheatre

The hotel was situated at Danube river bank, approximately 15 minutes by walk from main square. Room was clean and there was everything I need. Personel was nice and helpful.

In my opinion, everything was fine. Maybe, there could be some blanket in room because in the evening was little bit cold and little bit longer curtain because it didnt cover the whole block of windows.

The location and the coffee was exceptional…It was an easy and extremely scenic walk into the Old City along the Danube - especially viewing all the River Tour Hotels moored alongside. Being set in a park you only heard birds chittering, no traffic noises made it to the hotel so it was tranquil.

The cost of the breakfast at 25euro per head was a bit confronting since it was the first hotel out of my previous 9 on this European Trip that didn‘t include breakfast. The exhaust fan in the shower didn‘t seem to work and the bathroom sink was extremely slow draining

Near to concert hall. Near to town centre - nice 10 minute walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed. Windows opened wide to allow plenty of fresh air.

Rooms too hot at night - difficulty sleeping. Had to have window wide open - thankfully it did open or I wouldn't have been able to sleep at all. Poor selection on hotel menu for vegetarians- ate salad and cheese all the time.

We were cycling the Danube and the hotel was super. It offered a bike storage room and is in a great location. It serves a delicious varied breakfast in a spacious room. It’s very close to old town and the sights of Linz….i would highly recommend.

The only little thing was the coffee machines were very slow and not enough of them during the busy breakfast period.

The breakfast was sumptuous, the location is great, just by the river and 5 minutes walk from the main square.

The tap in the bathroom is somewhat awkwardly placed, if you're right-handed and you for example brush your teeth with your right hand, it is inconvenient to turn the water on. Also, there were some spider webs in my room (on curtains and even on bed's headboard.

Very clean room, comfortable beds. Hotel is in perfect location, view to the river is also nice. Breakfast was very good.

Parking price, but it's the same everywhere nowadays. There's no option to park elsewhere. However, you pay 17 eur for 24h, so next day after checkout you can leave the car in the parking and spend a few hours in the city.
