The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

It was what we were expecting for what we pay. The rooms are a little bit small but it has everything you need. The staff was very friendly

The kitchen was a little bit messy, but it’s mostly for staff use so it really doesn’t matter.

It was close to the place I was visiting, and comparatively cheap.

No blind in the bathroom, with toilet and shower visible to anyone opposite who may choose to look... not acceptable. Hung one of the provided towels over the window. Please fit a blind!

The place was neat, and quite clean. It's in a great location just five minutes away from public transportation. All listed amenities were present. The staff was really friendly, extremely communicative and quick to respond to anything we needed. Our stay was quite pleasant and we would definitely choose to stay if needed for a couple of days. Good value for money.

stayed for one night mid week only but very happy with my choice. Decent price/ quality relation- a small room ( which I've expected booking single room) but clean, comfy and has absolutely everything needed for a one night stay. A comfy mattress, a kettle with tea & coffee provided, clean linen and towel as well as a blanket provided for a cold night. I have travelled for work and appreciated a desk with a comfy chair. The bathroom was decent size as well. The location is very convenient - a short walk to the tube and a few stops away from Oxford Circus on the Central Line.

The room was on a small side however I didn't mind- would book this same again. My room was located on the second floor without a lift- again I had a small luggage and didn't mind. The water level dropped in the morning once other guests started taking showers - perhaps something that can be looked at? But overall really happy with my stay.

The staff at the reception were really nice and friendly and upgraded us to a bigger room, the room was really nice for the price and the stay was comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality

It was so modern and very clean. An excellent little fridge. Tea and coffee lay out table, very well planned

There was no one to answer the phone. It was very frustrating on the day I arrived at Goldhawk Road station, and no one I asked could direct me. I was sent the wrong way twice, until I met a young couple and the lady was able to show me exactly where to go. I mentioned this at reception on arrival, but the gentleman showed no interest.i had phoned many times..

It was 5 minutes from the 02 Shepherds Bush where we were seeing Teddy Swims, perfect 👌

It was basic but had everything we needed and very comfy beds and pillows and a Sainsbury’s local directly opposite 😊

I didn't like the carpet, and window open when I'm not there.
