The room had everything I needed, it was all clean and comfy. Space a bit tight but it's fine really. I liked the street it was on, it's lively long into the night but not noisy. It's an easy walk to Hammersmith tube and bus terminal, v convenient. Overall good value for money and nicely clean. You get a key to the building and are free to come and go as you please, which is nice. The staff were all nice too.

My room was on the top floor - which was nicely quiet - but oooof the stairs going up are tough. Steep and narrow. It's just about manageable with a small suitcase but if I had larger luggage it'd be a nightmare.

Small but one of the nicest double rooms I've stayed in in London in a similar price range. Actually, it's the first accommodation in the city that I've returned to for the second time, and that's saying something ;-) This time the bed was comfortable - It was pleasantly hard, as it suits me and as it is not usual in hotels - last time I stayed in a twin room and one of the single beds was unusably too soft and saggy in the middle. Overall perfect value for clean, adequately sized room with sufficient equipment. For that price I do not have single major complaint. I appreciate the presence of quality blackout curtains. Location is nice and practical since its 10 minutes by foot to both Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush tube stations or you can take the bus at the stop few steps from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if the price still stays reasonable.

Even though the noise is not so much a problem I still recommend to bring the earplugs.

Great location: The hotel is about 10 mins on foot from the Hammersmith Tube station (direct connection to Heathrow Airport), there’s also a bus station in front of the hotel. A Tesco is about 100 m away, very convenient. Westfield Shopping Center is only a few bus stops away. Very clean and comfortable: The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable, staff super friendly.

Only downside were the not so strong WIFI, and the many police cars and ambulances passing by during the night. But then again, our room was out front, and with windows closed we could still get a good night’s rest.

Clean room and friendly staff who safely stored our luggage several hours before checking in. The location is a quick 10-minute walk from either Hammersmith or Shepherd's Bush station. There were quite a few nice cafés and restaurants around the area.

I booked a triple room (which is hard to find in London at this price) and I found it a bit cramped. There wasn't a lot of room to open our suitcases. There is no lift, however, we were lucky enough to stay on the first floor so we didn't need to walk up that many steps. I also found the hotel to be a bit far from the city center. This is, of course, clear by looking at a map, but be aware that it's always around 10 Tube stations away from London city center.

The staff went out of their way to be obliging. Rooms were spotlessly clean and daily cleaned, fresh linen. Staying in Shepherds Bush with quick access to a great pub across the road and Hammersmith Stations in 8 mins walk. London stays can be a bit hit and miss but this one was a hit. Would happily come back here. The staff made it exceptional.

Stairs but to be fair they weren’t that bad and you can ask for a lower floor. It’s nothing different to what you will find all over the UK. It’s a very old country with equally old and stunning buildings. The location more than made up for any minor inconvenience.

The location was great, the bedroom and bathroom were also large for London. The staff were lovely and welcoming and made check in and out easy. The blackout curtains were a bonus for a young baby and jet lagged travellers.

We has issues with our heating in our room, the heater was stuck on high heat and very unsafe for our baby. Maintenance didn’t come and fix whilst we were there although they just turned off completely. The staff were very helpful about it. The hotel was on the same street as the police and fire station, so lots of sirens during the day although not as many during the night.

Excellent location, very close to two very well connected tube stations. Direct tube line from and to LHR airport (40min ride). 30min tube ride to most central London spots. Excellent price - value ratio. Beautiful attached house with nice balconies. European power inlets available.

No place to hang or store clothes, could use some small improvements like shelf for soap in the shower or hangers for towels near the shower (behind the door maybe). Please note there's no lift, which was not a problem for my familily but could be for others. Many police cars and ambulances transit that street, although the building has double - windows and therefore dampens the noise pretty -well, but maybe bring your earplugs if you're a light-sleeper. In general rooms are tight, but for the price, overall, it's a great cost - value option.

This Hotel was a great find, no bells and whistles as such but perfect for what we required. Quad room consisted of double bed and then in a second area 2 single beds. Room was warm enough with a radiator. Had tea and coffee facilities and a drinks fridge. Location was fab approximately 10 mins walk to Hammersmith Apollo, and Underground station and pubs and bars and restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

No negatives, room wouldn't suit someone looking for 5 star but served as an excellent comfortable base for a theatre visit and exploring London.

The location was only a short walk to Olympia where we were attending an exhibition. There were places to eat and drink on the doorstep. The communal areas were very clean and smelled lovely, and the rooms were also very clean and presented to a high standard.

The USB ports beside the bed didn't work on one side and the water pressure for the shower was very low. Traffic noise was, but that's to be expected due to its location. The room was quite hot, so we needed the fan running as having the windows open increased the traffic noise. Would suggest air conditioning be considered.

Very nice hotel located in a quiet area but strategically very close to a lot of services (restaurants, shops and the huge mall of Westfield). The tube (Hammersmith) is less than 10 mins walk and allows you to reach every part of London (almost) without changing the line. The staff is always helpful and ready for any necessity! Our room was perfectly clean and spacious enough for two people, and the WiFi worked flawlessly. It also comes with a set for making tea or coffee, which we appreciated due to the quite cold weather!
