Having arrived during the defined check-in period, it was easy to connect with location staff in the main office just down the street. The location is well-maintained, and its services and setup suited my needs well. The well-supplied kitchenette and a comfortable new bed made all the difference for a very cozy stay.

I always travel with earplugs, and these were indeed necessary due to limited soundproofing on doors and windows. Be prepared to hear guests' conversations (and TVs) as you walk down the hall, and vice versa.

Very comfortable, clean and warm. Great location, just a short walk to Hammersmith station, close to lots of tourist sights. Had a couple of issues after the first night but the staff were very helpful and sorted everything for us.

The check-in went really well, it is a 1min walk (109 Hammersmith Grove) The person was so lovely at the réception thanks to her 🥹🥰 The apartment is a few minutes from the Eventim Apollo, tube station, shops, markets, restaurants….Really great The room was perfect, very clean, very tidy, the kitchen was so cute, the bed super comfortable omg!!! The bathroom was super clean with towel, toilet paper, shower gel, conditioner, everything was included! The room was really really nice, the heating was adjustable! I loved my stay I will definitely come back! Thank you Room2💖

I’ve stayed at this property twice before and had wonderful experiences each time, which is why I was happy to book again. Unfortunately, during my most recent stay, I left a pair of boots behind in the room. I contacted the property almost immediately to report the issue and asked if they could hold the item for me, as I was planning to return soon and I booked another stay. Despite sending multiple messages and emails over several days, I did not receive any response. Ultimately, I felt compelled to cancel my upcoming reservation due to this lack of communication. I hope the property can improve their responsiveness in the future, as this would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Comfy bed, shower gel smells nice

The noise from the above was an issue and another aspect I did not like was that the bedding a d the towels were not changed

The location is perfect. Walking distance to tube, shops, restaurants, bars. Very quiet street. Great little back yard you could sit in. The room was clean and comfortable with a little kitchenette - fridge and cooktop if you wanted to cook. The window opened which was necessary as it was quite warm and there was no aircon but fans were provided and cold bottled water. There is a lift which was a bonus.

I can't really fault it. I can imagine on a really hot day it would be uncomfortable without aircon but there are not many hotels that you can open up the window for fresh air.

Calm area. Quiet in the evenings and nights (due to quiet neighbors). A bit noisy between the apartments though. About 400-500 meters to the underground. Two lines to London (Piccadilly and District line). And the Piccadilly line goes directly to Heathrow. We visited two concerts, one at Wembley and one at O2 arena. Because we weren't that familiar with all underground lines we discovered afterwards that we could have had a better way back to Hammersmith from Wembley by going from Wembley Park westbound with Metropolitan and change to Piccadilly at Rayners lane.

A bit cramped in the room and in the toilet, but fresh. We had breakfast in the room and one thing that could definitely be improved is that the knives were extremely unsharpened.

It was on a relatively low traffic street so not much noise. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchenette equipment looked almost new. Loved that they clearly recycle even having a food waste bin. The water was super hot but the downside of this was that because of adjacent pipes it took a while to get properly cold water to drink. The reception staff were friendly and responsive.A short walk into all the amenities of Hammersmith and 3 tube lines.

Really minor but I would have preferred a cloth to wash up with than a brush.....brushes never get things properly clean

Very good value, clean, tidy and nicely furnished studio apartment on a nice quiet street very close to Hammersmith tube so convenient for central transport options. Good coffee / tea facilities and kitchenette, nice bathroom products and the bed was very comfortable so had a good night's sleep. Would also recommend stopping at the Grove pub opposite for a nice cosy drink!

Only small thing was the room smelt like someone had previously smoked in and was a bit hot and stuffy, since I struggled to get the window open I couldn't clear the air very well. Otherwise a very nice stay :)

The location is fantastic. Lovely leafy and quiet street, very close to Hammersmith. The style of the small studio was to my taste and I had all I needed in it. Good quality amenities throughout. I must also stress that the staff are very friendly and welcoming, in spite of the areas in need of improvement described below.

The common areas could do with a bit more quiet: perhaps some signs needed? Elevator, vending machine and other guests could be disruptive at night. I am not sure what the cleaning protocol was. Everyday they did my bed (re-did it rather, after me) and changed a towel if needed. But there was no cleaning as such and you could see the dust settling on some pieces of furniture over two weeks. Last, the reason why I didn't review as excellent overall: I had an issue with the lock of my door which wasn't always working properly. I had to inform three different employees over 2 days. None of them solved it or followed up - and the cleaner kept leaving my room unlocked because of that problem, and no fault of her own I'm sure.
