Excellent location for exploring the city. It’s very close to Boston Common, and public transportation. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar in the evening.
There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, which in this age is standard just about anywhere, and there’s a $30 daily resort fee no matter what, which I really hate because we didn’t use any of the things that it supposedly is charging for. I despise all fees of this nature.

Good location. Different restaurants in the area. Felt safe.
It’s an expensive, large city and the fees and taxes attached to the room price make the stay pricey.

This ia a gem of a hotel - made more so by all the lovely and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped (we stayed in a Deluxe Double Queen) and nothing was too much for the staff as a fridge and additional hangers were brought to our room within 10 minutes of requesting. The beds are very comfortable, along with the pillows too. Lovely fluffy bathroom towels, though these could be a little larger. The hotel is in a central location, great for exploring everything Boston has to offer - we wouldn't hesitate in booking at this hotel again as we had a great stay.
Nothing.

Second stay here. First with husband in December 24. We received a great, complimentary upgrade along with a wonderful 😀 reception and check-in. Dinner at Rebels Guild was very nice. Menu options, service, bar drinks and decor truly enjoyable. GLEN at reception is the BEST! This weekend in January 25 was a combination chick trip, bonding with future daughter-in-law and apartment hunting. Glen again did a great job. He gave us a high floor, two queen beds per reservation, sweeping city views and a quiet hall. We enjoyed the Rebel Guild restaurant for drinks and appetizers one night and brunch on a Sunday, delicious. We felt safe always and the location is excellent for Theater District, China Town, Boston Commons etc. Also, love the beds, Bedding and pillows. Housekeeping is always courteous and friendly too.
Nothing.

The hotel is very clean and the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and professional. The room was located on the ninth floor and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and housekeeping came in every day to tidy up. No need to bring your shampoo, face wash, or lotion as all of that is provided.
I wish the room had a small refrigerator. Also, the only offering in the morning is coffee in the lobby. although you could order room service. I wish the hotel had a cafe where you can sit and have breakfast in the morning.

Beautiful hotel situated in an amazing location. We loved that! Spacious clean comfortable room. Parking was very handy. Appreciated the rooftop bar restaurant with a great menu. Price was comparable with other hotels. Professional courteous staff.
I was offered an e-invoice that would be sent later after I departed the hotel. Maybe it's just me but I think inoices should be provided immediately at departure. I had to request a hard copy invoice which seemed like a special request since they had to set up an old printer to make it happen. Why not just forward the invoice immediately to my email? Seems like a trend in other hotels too? There's probably a good reason but it's an inconvenience in case we need to address anything at a later point when I'm back home. Including breakfast would also be appreciated.

The hotel is in a great location, only a few blocks from Boston Common and surrounded by many nice restaurants and bars. It has a rooftop bar that we enjoyed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the expected amenities. The cleaning staff kept the place in good shape.
They desperately need to clean the windows. There is an excellent view of the city, but it is hampered by the windows. My colleague found the bed too firm, although I liked it. The air conditioner blows directly on to one of the beds, which can be unpleasant.

Central location near Boston Commons Park and the Boston Public Gardens— we enjoyed walking there and public transit access from there! Buy a 7-day public transport pass including ferries at the airport, so worth it! We loved the hotel property and our room. I woke early and had good coffee in the lobby, they also provide a multi-flavored sparkling water machine to fill water bottles! We were there during the Celtics celebration parade so green jerseys everywhere! Helpful staff. We did not try the bar/restaurant. Workout room has lots of machines and free weights.
It was a beautiful hotel and well-appointed room with kind and happy staff. They said the lovely rooftop garden was closed due to weather, but even on nice evenings it was closed. As others mentioned, rooms have no refrigerators and the air conditioning is a blast of cold, then off for a good while. Otherwise it was great!

Location was great for our purposes since we had to go places that were north, east & west of this hotel. On-site public parking (for $40/day) was also a plus.
The roof top terrace bar/restaurant was roof top for next building (3 stories high) not the hotel you stay in. The exterior of building looks like any concrete high-rise — unremarkable architecture if you’re expecting a quaint, colonial type setting (lol). You need card key to access floor in elevator (good safety) but your room key can access any room-floor, not just the floor for your room (maybe not so good). I would stay here again.

Room was pretty standard. Clean and comfortable and a nice size. Beds and linens comfortable. Rooftop restaurant/bar was nice for relaxing in the evening. All of the staff were really nice.
We had a small electrical issue in our room on our first night. Plugged in an iPhone charger, sparks flew, and half the lights went out. Scared my daughter pretty good. Staff addressed immediately by resetting breaker and no further issues. We just didn't use that plug again LOL. The only other inconvenience is that you have to request a mini fridge and there were none available on our first two nights at the hotel. I asked again on the third day and they had one delivered within 30 minutes.
