The staff is very friendly and helpful. I forgot my shoes and they were sent to me straight away. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Every request was so kindly answered.

I am a big fan of having separate smoking and non-smoking areas of rooms. Our dilemma of being surrounded by smoker neighbors had been nicely solved.

The beach is perfect! better them Chaweng .Room is really big, Empty hotel, and beach around is calm.

1.Breakfast very poor !the pictures you can see on web site not real !Half of this not exist.2.Hotel is old and tired but clean. 3.Wardrobe in a room not comfortable.4.Shower was too complicated to use and broken .No free transfer like you can read. Actually the hotel worth the money and his perfect beach but looks like died after Covid.

We had a luxury double room with sea view and thought it was better than the bungalows - which are at right angles to the beach. Our room [118]was on the ground floor, had a private patio area with seating looking straight at the beach, across a grassy lawn. The resort has a lovely swimming pool, friendly beach bar with free pool table and was a lovely place to chill out. We ate there every night. Lots of sun beds on the beach.

The hotel is situated on a main road with no pavements so not a pleasant 20 minute walk into town. However you can walk along the beach to the far end and go through the reception of another hotel. (although there are signs saying not to) We discreetly did this every day and were never questioned.

We had a fantastic room facing the beach, and the beach was really lovely for swimming. The staff were all brilliant. We had a couple of dinners there which we enjoyed too.

We have nothing that we weren’t happy with … Maybe a little bit of information about what is available there would have been helpful. Didn’t even know there was a gym … noticed it after a couple of days there!

The staff, people, facility, beach and location were all good.

Thailand is a prominent tourist destination, and the system they use in every hotel we visit doesn’t make sense and is unfair. If your arrival is early in the morning, be ready to wait up to 2 PM at least for your room, which has been booked in advance. Miraculously, as soon as you agree to pay for an early check-in, the room will be ready for you!! This makes no sense and is not fair.

We shifted from regular room to deluxe which were a much better size than the regular beachfront rooms. The deluxe room was on second floor and much more private. The beach was really nice and clean. It had soft sand and good for beginner swimmers like me.

1.Language barrier with the staff 2. The breakfast got boring after a few days 3. Although there are some shops at a walking distance but there is no sidewalk to walk which makes it quite dangerous.

happy hour was great, beach is amazing!! i would go any other time, pool is amazing as well!

happy hour cocktails are almost taste the same, breakfast is cool but not so much things to choose from

A very nice resort right on the beach. The staff were very helpful. I have a bad back so they moved us to the ground floor. There is an excellent buffet breakfast. A very pleasant stay.

The hotel is the most expensive place in chaweng for food and drink breakfast is amazing but lunch dinner and drinks and the mini bar iis over priced..there is a lovely place across the road that does amazing food and drink ate do much cheaper

Breakfast was ok - not much variety but fair given it’s size. Location was lovely

Didn’t get a single hot shower whilst there abb no d internet either slow or constantly ‘freezing’.
