Great location, though parking was a slight issue but we made it work, lovely spacious property, had everything we needed

the shower was very temperamental, poor water pressure and going between boiling hot and freezing cold, a little bit of detail on cleaning, everything is white which means dust is easy to see

The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable. They had tea coffee and sugar in the kitchen . Beds were lovely and comfortable . The keys were in a lock box so we didn't have to stop off before we got there which was brilliant . Plenty of room .

The outside door and the hall let's the apartment down . When we opened the front door my heart sank .My dad is 80 next month so I was afraid of him falling ...It was dirty and stone steps . Also hall lights not working . I suppose that's the person who owns the buildings at fault

It had all that we needed. The decor wasn't to our taste but it was clean and practical, besides we were out all day everyday and was perfect for mornings and nights to rest the heads. Another great point is that the tram stop is less than a minutes walk from the front door.

The decor but it was clean and had what we needed and will use it again if we do another family trip to Edinburgh.

it was a greasy size for our group. Shops and food places nearby and not too far to walk into Edinburgh or hop on the bus. the trams were due to start after our stay but this would also make the journey into Edinburgh quick.

the shower was awful. with 6 of us sharing, the water was not powerful and the temperature fluctuates a lot. we had to boil the kettle to wash up as the water didn’t get hot enough from the taps. most of the nearby streets are now permit parking only which is recent so the information needs updating as we had to park quite far from the apartment and there wasn’t a lot of parking.

Very clean apartment with all facilities needed. The bedrooms was cozy and clean. It was in a great location being 30 mins away from city centre and having shops and food places right over the road, bus route and trams was right outside the door which was helpful.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. We would happily come back again.

Lovely decor. lovely having some Christmas decorations. comfortable beds, kitchen fine for breakfast with tea coffee provided and milk. Easy to access. 2 minutes walk from tram stop and some lovely bars and restaurants close.

TV did not work, no reception at all.. Shower not operating properly but just about useable.

Central, easy walking distance to where we were going, clean and comfortable, we stayed one night and friend noticed washing machine and dishwasher taped up, if staying longer it may be worth checking, great communication from staff as I was concerned about cleaning deposit from previous reviews but as promised this was refunded.

I hadn't noticed the 100 damage deposit before booking, but this was refunded as promised...as I mentioned if your booking to stay longer worth checking about washing machine working, but all in all a great place to stay.

Location was great and the beds were comfy

There were no sharp knives, although when I complained about the lack of knives a small steak knife was bought round, not ideal but better than nothing. A cafeteria would of been useful too.

The location was great very easy to get to with the tram the apartment was homely warm and comfortable loved the little Christmas decorations especially the tree

It did get very warm and the windows were great but I was afraid they’d drop down as they’re heavy and no way to keep them open

Location was amazing, right on Leith walk. The size of the flat was perfect, and we could have had another 4 people and still been comfortable for a holiday. Beds where comfortable with good space in each room. We had no trouble parking a street away, always a space and felt safe. Restaurants in the area open late, and so multicultural, could eat a meal from a different country every night. I imagine when the road has been renovated the connections to the City and else where in Edinburgh will be excellent. Loved looking out the window and just watching the world go past. I would absolutely stay here again.

It could do with a little extra cleaning. Dusty around the skirting boards, places that can be missed in your own personal home but should 100% be done in a booked house. At the time of booking they where doing some serious road renovations, which did make it difficult to get to driving or on a bus as the road was one way, and heavy traffic in the direct area until about 8pm. What should have been 1 minute drive from picking up the keys at a nearby location to the flat, took over 20 minutes. You will need to walk up 2 flights of stairs, no lift.
