The architecture. Good size room.

Impossible to open any window in the room (main building). Safety reason they said. The architect had designed a window to be opened but it has been locked. A bit overpriced.

Room was amazing with a huge terrace overlooking the village and winery. Breakfast was lovely with a huge selection of varied food delivered to our table, no buffet here! Reception and hospitality staff were friendly and helpful (especially Luis!). Complimentary wine tour was fun and informative and the tasting at the end was wonderful. Spa was relaxing and again the staff really friendly and helpful.

It is a very expensive place to stay, but for us it was a bucket-list trip and worth doing just for the photos! The exterior of the main building does need a little TLC and in places a good clean (exterior windows etc), the quirky architecture must make it very difficult to maintain though..

The building is a work of art worth visiting and seeing in daylight and especially at night. The overnight stay is a must! We enjoyed the included winery tour with wine tasting and huge breakfast the next day. For dinner we decided to try the Non-Michelin restaurant and its extraordinary tasting menu.

The building itself needs a little more care as it is aging. We saw that you are in the process of doing just that. Take notice of little details like doors that get stuck when swinging them open.

The Hotel is absolutely beautiful. The Staff and accommodations were excellent. The view was beautiful. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The wine tasting and tour were excellent. The Breakfast and Restaurante Tradicion 1860 was very good.

We were very disappointed with the food quality and flavor of the Michelin star restaurant. It was not on par with other Michelin Star restaurants we have been to there is no value for the price.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The service was outstanding but not too 'over the top' The rooms were absolutely lovely with exceptional views. The breakfast was good but they changed from buffet style to table service while we were there and although the choice was still good, table service lead to huge wastage and made everything slower. Buffet breakfast is the much better option.The tour of the vineyard and winery was excellent and great fun!

Staying in a Gehry hotel was fabulous. Our suite was top class, very quiet, extremely comfortable and given we were on our [X]tieth honeymoon :-) a very special experience. We availed of room service, the traditional restaurant and the spa, all of which left us feeling very spoilt throughout. The ultimate icing on the cake was the selection of Wines from the vineyard ...... unbeatable.

The Michelin star restaurant lived up to Culinary expectations (if you are into nouvelle, multi-course course cuisine). However, when we turned up for our booking, we were shown into the traditional restaurant which we are in the night before. This baffled us since this was our anniversary evening and special. We had to kick up a bit of a fuss to get a table in the Michelin star restaurant. We did, but it left a sour taste, spoiled the mood and in hindsight, room service would have been just fine (in our suite)

The location, creative building and stunning views and the wine tour was interesting.

The fire escape feel of the lift up to the restaurants. The evening meal we had in 1860 restaurant was ok, but not outstanding. The steak came with a few potatoes and tiny amount of sauce no other garnish or vegetables…

The room was excellent. It was extremely spacious. Really nice bathroom and shower. We also appreciated the free winery tour.

The restaurant space is insufficient for the size of the property. I accept that the restaurant with the tasting menu is going to be booked up in advance but the a la carte restaurant ought to be able to take guests booking on the day they arrive but it is simply not big enough. We were told we could eat in the wine bar but that was small so you had to get in there before it started serving food. The menu there was limited but what we had was good.

The room is good size with exceptionally comfy beds and beautiful views. The spa and the pool were very lovely. The staff (especially the gentleman greeting us) was brilliant. The guided tour and tasting were a great add to our stay.

Nothing significantly negative, but the breakfast had limited options since it is a set 'tasting menu'. Just something we should have researched before, especially when traveling with kids.

The hotel is located in private territory that is big and nice, only hotel guests can enter it. our room was spacious and nice. we ordered breakfast to the room and it was amazing. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The hotel has 2 restaurants on the territory and vinary, the tour to which was included into our stay. There is also nice Spa that we liked.

The hotel charged my card before we left the hotel, although we booked lunch there and were in the restaurant. It was really strange and unpleasant.
