Warm rooms, nice bathroom with bathtub and hot water, enough different towels for all needs, good curtains - no lights coming from the street bothered our sleep. I love the bag for dirty clothes available, it's a small detail but really convenient and needed. Towels were changed every day, trash cans were emptied every day...All good stuff.

The pillows were too soft and my boyfriend who sleeps on a taller pillow at home, was struggling with the too soft pillows in the hotel. But that a personal preference so there isn't one size fits all solution. Maybe having an extra pillow in the wardrobe can help.

The room was comfortable, warm, the fridge and TV works well, a lovely tea/coffee making facility, and extra blankets in the cupboard. The curtains are black-out curtains, so if you want to sleep in, you can. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, with a hairdryer and a decent shower. There is lots of space to store clothing, lots of hangers, wardrobe space and plug sockets in handy places. Lots of room to get ready, large mirrors in the bathroom and main room. The breakfast selection is excellent and there was something different every day - a great selection of breads, juices, cheeses, meats, fruits, coffees, teas, bircher muesli, fruit salad - and there are some cooked options, with the option to request bacon, fried and boiled eggs. Also, there are gluten-free, dairy free and vegan options available. I was in a bind after my flight home was cancelled, because I had a great experience when I stayed before, I decided to book another room, here. The staff were very kind, and recognised me from my earlier stay, my room was available immediately and they let me check into my room early to sleep. I loved this hotel, and the staff before - I love them even more now.

The breakfast featured high quality hot and cold foods that were varied each day. The staff was helpful and attentive, and our concerns were addressed immediately. The air conditioning in the room and the elevator were awesome perks.

Tram D dropped us just a few hundred meters from the hotel, but the last 200 meters was a steep hill with some classy steps. But it was a little daunting with luggage. The end challenge was unexpected and discouraging. Using alternate trams and buses could land you on top of that hill.

The staff went above and beyond. I arrived two hours before the check-in time (2:00 p.m.). The front desk assistant told me I co uld leave my bag and go for a walk. I was exhausted and it may have shown ( I had flown from the USA and had been traveling for 15 hours). I asked if it was possible to wait in the lobby of the hotel. He then made a phone call and got me a room. The room was very quiet, very far from the elevators, and had a great view of the street. It had an electric kettle, which i learned is not common in Vienna, with coffee, tea, and chocolate, and cups and spoons. The mini fridge had water, sodas, and some alcoholic beverages. The bathroom had a great tub and I got a double bed, although I thought I had reserved a twin. I highly appreciate their efforts to make my stay the best it could be. Breakfast was excellent: it had a wide variety of foods, the coffee machine was great for cappuccinos and lattes, and nobody rushed guests to finish their meals, even when the place was full. I also received a coupon for a 20% discount on anything at the bar. I did not use it but it was great to have it.

I think the only thing that was a little annoying was that they never left enough toilet paper in the bathroom. There was not a new roll to start using when the one there was over as it happens in most hotels I had to go to the hotel reception to ask for toilet paper twice during my stay. The rest of the service was great.

The room was clean and renovated. Bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet was equipped with everything, from cold plates including smoked salmon and fresh rolls to scrambled eggs and a choice of beverages from coffee and teas to juices and even sparkling wine.

As I have many food allergies, I have to pack my own items no matter where I eat. While the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of cut fresh vegetables and fruits, there was a lack of milk-free and gluten-free extras (with the exception of a single granola mix) that could have catered to those unfortunate who cannot induldge. I will pack my own pillow next time.

The room was clean and had everything we needed, AC was really good for the hot summer weather. Quiet neighbourhood, barely heard any noise. There were places to eat out nearby, walkable distance from the very centre of Vienna.

Nothing too bad. TV channels had to be set up but we didn’t need it anyway. Would be better if the shower could be fully closed because otherwise the water was all over the bathroom floor.

The staff was really helpful; on the check-in day they provided a city map and suggested what attractions to visit. We received a room on the sixth floor with a balcony that had a pretty nice view. The hotel is positioned close to the city center and, in its proximity, has supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel is super clean, they change the towels every day.

There is nothing to complain about.

Comfortable spacious room. Professional helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice & quiet, away from traffic, good connection to transport hub @ Schottentor.Safe was simple to operate.Appreciated not being overlooked & on cool side of the building. A greater variety of English language European news channels would be appreciated. e.g., Euronews, France 24, Deutsche Welle.

A non slip mat in shower & grip handle would be a beneficial safety addition. Drinking cups with bigger capacity & easier to hold.

The staff is friendly and helpfull. The check in was very fast. The room was quite big for my single self, but it was very cosy and warm. There is a fridge with a mini bar in the room, a table, two chairs, TV and a water heater, together with coffee and tea bags. The bathroom is warm, there are plenty towels there, and the soap, body and hair wash in a vanity set. The breakfast offer was not very diverse, but there I ate some of the best scrambled eggs ever. Coffee is great too.

The elevator is kinda slow

The rooms are not soundproof, you can hear people talking, using the bathroom etc. in the neighboring rooms, so you might consider bringing ear plugs.
