Close to the town centre, with shops within walking distance. Being on the canal was peaceful. It was lovely to have a private table in the garden setting.

The checkin process was painful - the office was only open until 2pm (checkin time) so I had to call, and send ID to get access to the keys. Access through the gates in and out was difficult - with the pass swipe too far from the car door to reach easily. And what happens if there's a fire and you can't get out without the swipe??? The air conditioner on the balcony above was very noisy and made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful drink at the table outside.

The room was good, light was good, bed was comfortable. All things were clean. The staff were really friendly.

We were facing the road on the bottom floor so this invited someone to knock on the window/sliding door this morning "by mistake" while we were asleep. Unfortunately no view other than road but not blaming the property just not ideal. Had a couple of spiders visit together last night but otherwise all good. Would have been great if some kind of cable TV was offered but at this moment just TV.

The C Mandurah resort had a Bali feel about it. The location of the property was great and well within a short walk to the Mandurah foreshore. Very friendly staff and welcoming when checking in also.

I did alert the reception that the previous person in my allocate apartment had left a half eaten pizza and garlic bread in the microwave oven which also appeared to have created a mess within the oven. I cleaned the oven and disposed of the food. This issue was not deal breaking but the cleaner could have noticed this as much as I did.

Apartment was perfect for our stay and the gift bag of tea/coffee etc was appreciated. It was very clean and quiet, we were upgraded to a one bedroom unit which had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. The apartment was spacious and well set out, the kitchen overlooked the dining and large lounge area leading to the balcony. The only worry could be that the stairs are very narrow and steep, however we are in our 70’s and managed them easily. Laundry was downstairs and shared with ground floor unit. Great washing and drying facilities which we appreciated. There is a small shopping area within walking distance and a bakery with many cabinets of tempting delights. Enjoyed Mandurah very much.

Nothing in the information handout said we could ask Reception for clean towels therefore we only had one towel per person for the three days and they only supplied 2 small cakes of soap and one small tube of shampoo and one of conditioner for a booking for two people. We mentioned this on check-out and we’re told by receptionist that we could have come to reception and asked for more!

Where the resort was located was ideal! Really had a wonderful chilled feel about it and even in the school holidays could get into the pool ! The staff were awesome and loved the little gift bags on arrival . We booked a studio and it was sufficient for a weekend stay for a couple with decent sized fridge and microwave .

The only issue was the bed mattress in 36b . Needs replacing as it’s past it sell by date . Not saying I didn’t like this , but would be a great addition in my view - pool towels provided too .

The room was comfortable and clean, the access to the gardens was convenient and the plants were lovely (despite the recent hot and dry weather), the location / proximity was excellent, the pool was clean and we enjoyed our swim, the resort was secure.

Getting our keys from reception wasn't the easiest process as we had to get buzzed in and wait. The parking is a real problem. We only just fitted our SUV in the designated parking space. However, we had been warned beforehand.

Was superb from the check in to check out. Big Thank you to Sharni, for her professionalism & great service as well as making us feel so welcome. Which I must say was exceptional. Set off a great start for our most amazing wknd..Everything was beautiful, the apartment 💯, the views 💯, all facilities pool, bbq, etc 💯 & the service💯💯..my family & I had the best wknd & we all highly recommend this friendly, lovely beautiful place💯.. This place is a little gem, the apartments are lovely with plenty of equipment (cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, washing machine etc ) We were lucky enough to have a balcony view of the canals which was a lovely place to eat evening meals and breakfast especially when 2 dolphins turn up swimming around one morning. The car park is secure with a code key to get in and out. The apartments are positioned just the other side of the main bridge into Mandurah where there are plenty of restaurants/cafes etc, it takes about 10 mins to walk in and there was plenty of parking available if you need to drive in. I can see why Mandurah won the resort prize in 2022

Dolphins could have turned up every day!! Nothing was wrong, even the microwave that wasn't working was replaced before we got back from getting a few supplies at the local shops next door

Secure gates, Convenient, friendly staff, room size was good, television great, bed and bedding was very comfortable, storage room great, outdoor area was lovely, quiet and very comfortable room.we would certainly book in again when we return

Shower was quite slippery when wet, water from the kettle had a metallic taste ( maybe needs replacing), toilet paper was very thin. One of us hit our head when putting a case in the low storage room ( maybe a warning sign would help)

What a lovely resort! Fantastic rooms, lovely little patio with a beautiful garden view & very close to the pool, with shopping for food / essentials, 2 minute walk from the resort !!

what's not to like? the rooms could do with a very slight freshen up - BUt thats being very picky and pedantic. It was a lovely little apartment, VERY affordable, in a lovely resort !!
