The location was perfect to walk and see all the sites,with excellent bars and restaurants minutes away. The hotel even with all the bars and restaurants minute's away is quiet at night and easy for sleeping etc. rooms excellent value for money big and airy.Cleaned daily

Parking in Granada side streets is difficult at all times. With the hotel being so central and needing to find parking close by I would suggest parking on the entrance to the city and getting a taxi on to the hotel. This is only a minor issue and does not reflect on this excellent hotel.

The location is fantastic and with wonderful views of the cathedral. The staff, especially the night gentleman, is very professional and friendly.

Breakfast is too basic. They only have cold eggs!!! They only have whole milk, which nowadays lots of people don't drink milk but almond milk. No bananas or other fruit other than orange. The croissants were not fresh. From all my travels this past month, it was the worst breakfast.

Location is excellent..just around the corner from the amazing cathedral, also right in the centre of a maze of shops and places to eat. Staff in the hotel was very friendly. Facilities were basic but it was very clean.

I was ill. Not seriously but l had to return to the hotel in the afternoon to rest. There is a very well appointed dining room and kitchen so we asked if we could make ourselves a cup of tea. The answer was a sharp NO! The receptionist never said Hola, Bienvenido or adios. Not a good image for such a nice hotel.

It is a very quiet, comfortable and well maintained place, has good elevator, decent sound proofing

I don't really have anything to complain about. I guess "I couldn't get a vacuum cleaner for my luggage vacuum packing mechanism" but unless you use vacuum bags to reduce volume of your luggage that is not a real problem and I managed to pack mine anyway.

The room was clean and comfortable. Ideal for what we wanted.

The air conditioning could not be controlled. It was either on or off. When it was on, particularly at night, it was very cold. Also, the bath was very slippery when having a shower

good location for sightseeing

we knew there was nowhere to park the car at the hotel but the member of staff checking us in was very unhelpful re getting us to a car park - roads in the centre very narrow and difficult to navigate - hotel didn’t have detailed info on how to get to a car park

Great location. Also rooms are quite, so you can have a good sleep. Good breakfast - regular continental but nothing special, worth 10 EUR.

Hotel is in an old building, so everything looks a bit old, but nothing critical! Just you feel the environment of the city. Anyway, I recommend this hotel. Good price vs quality ratio.

Good self-service breakfast ( I was the only one in the dining room from 7.30 to 8 am). My room was on the first floor but there is a lift. My room was quiet, though that may have been because the hotel was quiet ( Tuesday night). Air-conditioning worked ( necessary when it was 41 Celsius during the day!), though the temperature was not adjustable.

Air-conditioning could have had control for exact temperature. The hotel is very central, I arrived and left by taxi to and from the station due to the extreme heat, though I am not sure how easy it would be to walk or get a bus( the centre of town is on a hill).

Perfect location and very personal, helpful staff. The quiet street was welcome considering the crowds during Semana Santa.

nothing wrong so long as one understands it is in an older building, somewhat meandering, and with simple furnishings and accommodations, for instance no coffee machine in the room and low shower pressure. the rating might suggest higher standard.
