The hotel was the nicest and most beautiful hotel we stayed in during our 21-day roadtrip of Spain. The location was just down the street from the Cathedral in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel was very convenient to all of the sites we wanted to visit and we walked everywhere. Although we did not eat breakfast at the hotel it looked very good.

The only minor thing I can say is it took us a bit to get the modern shower and room lighting system figured out but other than that it was perfect. The other two things (that are not related to the hotel) are to know where you are parking ahead of arrival as there are some VERY narrow streets in Toledo and the Santa Tome parking garage where we parked was very tight.

Very central (although the location doesn't allow it to be reached by car) and the room was very well decorated and had a very nice view and the bathroom had a window as well and was bigger than most hotel bathrooms.

The AC didn't seem to be working properly and the room got a bit hot during the night. The bed seemed to have a slight tilt on one side. These were however tiny details in an overall very nice experience.

Because of the nature of the building- which is right in the city walls we had a room which was very low down- we could see people passing our window in the alley- although at night it wan't a problem. It was extremely dark, If you want natural light this isn't the room for you- but it was very cool in the heat! The narrow streets means the taxi can't get to the door of the hotel- not a problem for us- might be for others.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at for a long time. Superbly renovated line of historical terraces in central Toledo. The attention to detail was excellent, in the architecture, the decor and the hotel finishes. The staff were polite and extremely helpful, the small touches like lounges, chilled water and sparkling wine at reception. The room was slightly on the small side, but was so superb that I cannot fault anything. My only regret was not staying longer.

The hotel had only been open for a week when I stayed here so everything felt very new and the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was beautiful and the location was superb - next to the cathedral in the centre of Toledo. Being a new hotel, the amenities were new and high quality. Breakfast was good.

I had to ask for a proper iron because they only provide a handheld steamer in the room which wasn’t enough for what I needed. Thankfully the staff were quick to respond to all requests.

The setting of the hotel, just next to the cathedral in the centre of town is charming. Lots of character, as this is a historic building that had been perfectly renovated. Room had a view of the beautiful Toledo. Staff were very attentive and helpful and every detail for a great stay was covered. Breakfast was good quality and had a wide choice of continental and cooked options. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was attentive, kind, helpful, and friendly from the beginning. The three rooms were incredibly clean, and neat, and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. The hotel is also a museum, so you feel like you're in another era. It is located in the center of Toledo, making it easy to reach restaurants and important places in the city.

It is not accessible by car and does not have a parking lot.

Oh my goodness! The quality of the cuisine was exceptional and it was presented very artistically. The lighting and soft music was such a pleasant way to start the busy day. But I have to say that I was most impressed by your associates that made me feel like a special guest!! Bravos

I hesitate to mention this because you were building in an amazing historical location with limited options, but I would have preferred a room with no steps down from the bedroom to the bathroom.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional: location, decor, amenities, comfort, cleanliness, etc. All the staff was outstanding, especially Kelvin who was so attentive and extremely helpful from our arrival to our departure. It is evident each staff member we encountered takes pride in the hotel and in their service. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

The room was spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. We were able to walk to museums, restaurants, and numerous points of interest. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a breakfast and spa offered for an additional cost but we did not partake in these. We would definitely stay again.
