- House keeping stuff were very helpful and welcoming especially Ashadul he was very caring and helping ^_^. - location is very close to Haram only 3 building to reach Haram. - Room was big it was a family suite (2 rooms one has 2 single beds and one has 3 single beds with common bathroom)

- Someone randomly opened my front door, it was an elder neighour next door but he randomly mistaken his room and asked for extra key from lobby and they didn't even check the name reserverd the room, they apologise later but this was unacceptable behaviour - Building construction next door was little bit inconvenient. - They only give you 2 cards for 5 persons which is not good.

Low expectations is the key to happiness. I read some pretty negative reviews and was uber afraid as was travelling with extended family. But was taken aback (in the msost pleasant way) by the general courtesy and overall rooms and their condition. Family suite has 2 seperate rooms adjoined in an alley wihich also houses the washroom. Perfect for some privacy and overall comfort. Breakfast. Wallah. Uber amazing. And amazing location. Hardly 5 mins walk till masjid.

Helpdesk response was next to NONE before travelling. Got multiple attempts on card before and even after payment deadline date with no clear response from hotel to our queries. Enlisted property contact number also dint respond which further made us afraid before arriving and full of lowest expectations (which in turn turned out to make us more satisfied when we actually checked in without hassle and with good rooms :). Cleanliness can definitely be improved. Helpdesk phones in room werent working.. Also NOT this property's fault but their is a huge hotel being constructed at the back of this hotel which caused a little ruckus at times..

Check in time on booking.com was 4 pm but I appreciate the check-in I got early as soon I reached hotel after zuhr. I had booked a 4 bed room for which they gave me 2 bedrooms with 5 beds which was good. Although the space was not much, we liked it. The housekeeping staff Mr. Shakil and Mr. Mamum Akando were friendly and helpful. They provided very good service and we're willing to help. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is very close to the masjid. So convenient. During check out Mr. Ibrahim and his staff supported to get my car out from hotel parking since parking spot was little tight corner. Note: In Taiba Building near masjid there are restaurants and shops.

They should allow to park car inside hotel before check-in or allow online check-in option since security will ask for parking ticket.

Staff Specially dealing from Mrs. Reham AL HARBI and Mr. Abd al Ela was appreciated and very excellent. It's a wunder how they hnadle and tackle problems from Guests in a pleasent atmosphare. I 'll book in future this hotel due to above two pwrsons In Sha Allah. Rooms were Superb OK. Parking was not in question beause travelled with rented Transport

Only one Shower with one WC with Suite for 5 persons was not good enough.

The property is only a 4 min walk to gate 330 of masjid nabawi. The room is clean the beds comfortable. There is a laundry facility outside the hotel Taba which is about a 2 min walk. Great service and price. We arrived early but were still given a room. The key card many people complained about was because they store the key with the cellphone or battery chargers. These reset the magnetic strip and you can no longer access the room. Once we made sure the card was far from our phone and batteries we had no issues with our key cards.

The iftar buffet was not that great, skip it and find a meal elsewhere. There are many many options and also other hotels offer buffets.

Location is closer walk-able to Harram (specially to the ladies prayer area) and near to some food spots like KFC, Hardies and Shawarma shops. Room was nice and clean. Hotel has limited parking and parking spots are not reserved. You have to be lucky to find the parking, In my case, I was lucky in both cases that I could find the last slot of the parking. In first case, the security guy himself told that it's the last one and spotted the location of the parking too, but in second case he told there is no space. I just sent my son to the parking area to check and luckily he found one where one of the cars just left (security guy was not lying).

All was fine, Parking is a challenge but whatever they have, they are trying to manage it for their guests.

The hotel had a very good location. Almost all of the requirements can be met within five minutes from eating to shopping. The Holy Masjid is just a two minute walk. The restaurant is available on five minute walk. Taxis are available on the door step 🪜

The hotel staff must reach each guest on a daily basis for cleaning the room which I didn't get during my stay of three days. The first day someone entered the room during my absence ( maybe by mistake or deliberately) although nothing lost

The location was easily accessible. The room service was exceptional. It was prompt and on time. The cleaning staff Mr Farooq Umer was very corporative and did whatever asked with the best of his capabilities. Similarly our checkin experience was really good where Ms Ibtisam was very corporative and gave us the room key in the short possible time though we had reached the premises after 8 pm

A little larger room size would have been more comfortable.

Somehow, the room that we booked was Not Available. The Receptionist transferred us to another Hotel within its Hotel Group. The name is Dar Al Eiman Al Haram Hotel (if not mistaken) and it is 5 Stars Hotel. The Receptionist staff for both Hotels are supportive, polite and professional. They said "Sorry for the inconvenience and making us waiting". It was in about last day of Ramadhan and a lot of people are looking for hotel to check in/stay for Eid. However, it was such fast response with professional manner. The Room Service is fast response. Location is Excellent, near to Masjid Nabawi Free Parking available with paper from front desk/receptionist. During Iftar time and Eid, they provided food, Gahwa, Tea and other drink

Very close to Masjidal nabawi gate 326. Just 3-5 mi. Walking distance. Clean premises, room is small I have booked 2 asult 2 kids room. We got 3 single 90x200 beds. Bed was clean not super luxurious, but comfortable. Narrow space to prey but did manage. Bathroom with amenities. Friendly staff East check in and check out. I booked the room at night 11pm and checked in at same time. Car park is limited and First day it was full and I was late. Masjidal nabawi car park is close by. Hotel staff guide me to free parking lot opposite of the hotel. It was Haram Hospital parking. For 2 nights' spiritual journey, it was a perfect location. 2nd day i got the parking. It's a busy bazaar area. So you can find food and shopping stuff close by. Good for short vacation.

Bed mattress is old. You have to change it . Room 1319. Triple bed mattress time to change or turn the mattress other side in every 3 month since it's a spring mattress.
