Location is perfect. Accessible to transportation and restaurants

Location is great, close to Train Station, Restaurants, shopping places. Staff are 200% super nice! Love them!

There is no elevator in the building. It is good for younger travellers but not advisable for Seniors if they assign you a room in the attic. It would have been nice if they provided a kettle for hot water. Also, a screen in the window would be great so that insects wont come in when we open the windows for air to come in. The room becomes really warm since there is no AC. The electric fan provided was not working properly (loud and does not rotate!)

For the price we paid for 4 people we was extremely happy with our room! The room was spacious, with a gorgeous view and was very modern. For the price, we could not fault it. The room was cleaned daily, with new towels etc all included. The location is good, everything is close by. Before coming we was anxious about how close it was to the red light district however we never experienced one singular issue! Staff were all so lovely and helpful, they gave us an early check in after having an early morning flight & kept our luggage behind the desk when we checked out!!

The only downfall to the hotel is how uncomfy the beds are, however you get what you pay for!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic, just a short walk from all the main attractions in Amsterdam, including the Red Light area right around the corner. There were plenty of charming cafes and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the local cuisine. Access to the hotel was effortless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Although our original room was a bit small for our needs, they graciously upgraded us to a larger room at a reasonable extra charge. Overall, a delightful experience!

Our stay had several challenges. The stairs were very steep, making it difficult to climb and carry luggage. Additionally, the air conditioning in the entire hotel was not working, and we were not informed about this in advance or mentioned anywhere on Booking.com. The room size was extremely small, which could be problematic for families traveling with kids. We would recommend considering the room size carefully before booking.

location - wasnt too noisy considering on the main part of a street , secure to enter building - having someone at the desk 24/7 and front door locked. Beds comfy and apartment cleaned each day with fresh towels - rooms always smelt clean and well presented - house keeping do a great job .

Lady at the desk when we arrived was pleasant but not very helpful - couldnt even show us on the paper map that they give you for free where we were on it - shew said " i only use goggle maps" - then asked what street is the hotel on she said " Im not sure " - she was never rude but didnt give any great info about hotel or area. Told us nothing other than took our details and safety deposit and that was it . The rooms for 5 /6 people - bathroom small and fills with steam and everything stays wet for hours - also hot water was an issue a few times - there was none Should be told there is no lift - stairs narrow and hard to get bags up ..

The position in the middle of the canal district is fantastic. Red Light area just around the corner. Close to museums etc. Cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. The room was small, but clean and the bathroom was modern with everything you need.

Facilities lacking. You had to go downstairs to get a tea or coffee. Not breakfast available, but the cafe literally next door does a good breakfast. Two flights of spiral stairs to get to our room, but this is an OLD AMSTERDAM building on a canal. You don't expect a lift. The desk clerk took our two big suitcases our room on arrival & I managed our other luggage to the room and brought the lot back down & I'm 69 ! If you want modern sterile accommodations, stay out of the centre. The price was higher than I would have liked to have paid, but.... position, position, position !

We stayed at the Facade Hotel Amsterdam for 2 days, and the experience was fantastic. The hotel’s location is perfect, as it is conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The service was outstanding, especially the reception staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam and looking for great service in a central location!

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities like a comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and a well-maintained bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel, I will book this hotel every trip I take to Amsterdam! The location is just perfect, the staff are amazing and I loved the fact they take ur room key when you leave for the day as it takes alot of pressure of keeping it safe hahaha. Rooms are standard and very comfy the view I had was unreal and magical waking up to a beautiful canal view.

I feel the only thing the hotel could have is a mini fridge in the rooms and that’s all everything else is really good !

Absolutely amazing location, cleanliness absolutely spot on, we booked a small double- it’s small if your expecting a full size room book a larger room- it was perfect for us to just put our head down. Your litterally a street away from night life bars and cafes and 2/3 streets from the square absolutely perfect, super friendly staff and very clean. I do feel a small compact tea tray would’ve been appreciated and it’s possible to do this even given the size room, bathroom compact but again perfect lovely shower hot water every time,

Room cleans are quite late in the day so we missed a couple of days however we were offered a room clean- AND we were given fresh towels every day so can’t really fault this it’s just a point. Other than that nothing x
