After a night of no vacancies, as guests began to check-out, rooms were becoming available. The morning staff were so much more helpful. A lady at the desk explained that as soon as one of the rooms was cleaned by hose keeping, she would grant us early check-in, as opposed to the usual 3pm. Such a sweet, understanding, kindhearted woman. She even asked the time of our flight departure and arranged late check-out so we could have that much more time with the room. We finally got to shower and sleep!

Our stay wasn't planned. We missed our evening flight out :( The WestJet desk was closing up! Said the next avail flight for us wasn't until 36 hours later!! At a total loss of what to do.. we went to book a room, to learn nothing was available. The guy we spoke to had no sympathy, he could care less about our dilemma. We stayed in the Terminal for much of the next ten hours, exhausted. Others were stranded too :( There were some nice Airport staff members handing out bottled water. By 4:00am the WestJet desk re-opened, we hoped for someone's cancellation.. no luck, we checked back every hour.. nothing avail.. No flight! No room! Frustrated, upset, tired...

The room is spacious and is equipped with a well-functioning bathroom. Gilchrist & Soames has become a favorite brand now, specifically the Warm Oak Hand Wash kept on the bathroom counter. The room we had initially booked was supposed to have a view of the runway, but we were given another room with no remarkable view. Faye on the reception helped book a new room matching our expectations of the property as while booking. The staff at the Club Lounge where hors d'oeuvres are available are amazing and passionate about good service.

The person attending calls, Alicia is extremely unwelcoming and hostile. I spoke to her two times, once before booking the property, and once after we first entered our room to request for a change. During both these interactions, she was uninterested to assist and flippant with words. Please take note of this as it is a dampener for your guests who expect quality assurance. Also, the food options are limiting for vegetarians, and there could be better representation in terms of more cuisines on the menu.

Location is amazing to connect with airport terminal and train station to downtown. I upgrade room by reception advice (second reception representative was very helpful and friendly, many thanks) and my room was great with large window to airport. Nice swimming pool and great sauna and steam room in male change room. Breakfast absolutely amazing with very nice friendly staff.

1) Room does not have fridge, all my drinks was warm very fast 2) My wife was disappointed, because female change room in swimming pool dos not have sauna and steam room. Very uncomfortable to visit male change room for sauna and steam room. Why man has and woman does not have sauna and steam room? 3) Incorrect charge my credit card on check out. 4) Received e mail from hotel for check in, but reservation number was wrong and I did not able to complete check in via e mail

Love the Sheraton brand. The beds and linens are always comfortable and the rooms clean. The hotel is easy to get to and after a long flight (or time change) this is a major perk. We also liked that we could connect our existing Netflix account to watch a movie as opposed to renting one.

The Sheraton has changed their coffee dispensers to Starbucks pods versus the Starbucks filters and coffee. This has changed the coffee experience significantly. It used to be so good. Now ... not so much. Also, when we booked the room it included breakfast but we had to ask about it at check-in. We were given two $25 "coupons" for breakfast but we were told we had to use them at the restaurant. As a result we didn't use them as my daughter slept in. Turns out we could have used them for room service which would have been nice to know. To make matters worse, we had ordered room service when we got in (in the amount of $50) which we were billed for.

Breakfast is something that can’t be commented on. Eggs are eggs. Bacon is bacon. Toast is toast. Service was excellent.

Didn’t like store missing. Would be nice to shop for a toothbrush, toothpaste, magazine,etc. Checkin was lacking. Long wait. One person checking regular customers. 2 people for Elite customers. Not very welcoming. My checkin was concerning. He asked me what time was I checking out. I said after breakfast. He asked again what time. I said after breakfast. I understood I had till noon. As a female, travelling alone, it made me nervous. I double locked my room. I don’t think that is an appropriate question.

Last minute booking due to a diverted flight. Located right in the airport, the Sheraton is really convenient for long layovers. The reception staff were friendly and professional throughout, and even helped us with some emergency toiletries. Our room was very spacious, modern and comfortable with excellent shower pressure in the bathroom. Breakfast at the club was very good value with a nice selection of food and drinks. Overall an excellent choice if needing to stay in or near the airport, I would highly recommend.

It was located right next to Terminal 3, to which it was connected with an overpass. If you arrive at Terminal 1 you'll need to take the shuttle train. Overall a very good and easy-to-reach location. Staffs were friendly and room was clean and quiet.

We arranged for a luggage pickup at the time of our checkout, but the porter did not come upstairs at the specified time so we had to take all our luggages down on our own. The phone in our room was unusable so we couldn't reach the front desk either.

We arrived late by plane and worried we wouldn't be able to get something to eat. Restaurant was open until 1 in the morning which we were so happy about. Very busy at check in but they were efficient and friendly, not rushing us and explaining facilities. Before our arrival we did receive an email to do pre-check in but we had to download an app and were out of the country and just did not want to bother with it, but had we done that the check in would have likely been much quicker.

The hotel was exactly what I needed it to be, a place to stay before my flight home. It was a nice hotel and the bed was comfortable. I booked a club room and the appetizers and extras were nice and the staff in the club room were very nice.

I had a joining room and the other people arrived quite late into the evening, 2 am and were very loud. Their arrival shook my own door. The carpet in the hallways really make it hard to roll luggage.

Excellent, courteous check-in and checkout. Clean, spacious room with a WONDERFUL bed, pillows, and linens. Spotless bathroom with nice toiletries and plenty of hot water. Tasty evening snacks and breakfast in a very comfortable dining/sitting area, with efficient, polite waitstaff. My husband and I will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel.
