The location was great it was easy to find and nestled around some amazing attractions in Chicago. Also the staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was not the cleanest. The bed was comfortable but missing a sheet. There was trash in the trash can from a previous guest and some of the hotel copy and gifts in the room had a thick deodorant like substance on them. This didn’t ruin my stay, just some things I noticed.

I liked how friendly the staff members were and how beautiful the rooms were cleaned. One of the nicest hotel I've ever been at for such a great price. The only thing I did not like about it is that we had to leave and the stay was way too short. I definitely would go back.

Honestly everything was perfect. I just wished there was free complimentary breakfast for people who are on the go. Parking too was an issue. The parking lot was a far walk into the building and wished it was at least a little closer. The hotel pool was closed at the time of our stay, I wished I was able to take a swim but that's okay!

This was easily the most wonderful, accommodating stay at a hotel I have ever experienced. The staff was incredible and kind, room service was prompt, all areas were clean and tidy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The lobby, the foundation outside, and the common areas were all very beautiful! The pool was a really fun feature! Close proximity to a lot of great restaurants (like Spears)! From our window in our room (1134), we could see the Chicago skyline in the distance!

The hallways floors on the level we stayed at (11) were exceptionally dirty. No microwaves in the bedrooms to reheat our leftovers. Our TV stand/dresser was broken at the door whenever we got there. Luckily that didn’t influence us getting the entirety of our incidental fee back.

We went there for a dance competition. We were able to check in at 10 am, that was a big plus. The room was very comfortable, great views, we had everything we needed. It was very quiet at night. I also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs.

Due to last minute change in plans I wanted to change my prepaid stay to 3 nights instead of four. But was told you would not do it. (I could not see the reason why)

The bed was comfortable!

On Friday when we first came to the door of our room there were 2 half filled, dirty coke glasses next to our door. They remained there on Sunday when we checked out of the hotel. By the elevator on our floor , there were 5 dirty Starbucks coffee cups right next to the table by the elevator. They were there when we first came to our floor Friday afternoon and they were still there on Sunday when we checked out. The hallway carpet needed to be vacuumed!

Rooms were clean and bed was comfy

pillows are too thick, I wish they provided couple of thinner pillows instead of all 4 being huge thick pillows

This hotel had excellent service, amenities, location, generous sized room, nice bathroom and has so many dining options in and around the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside was the pillows were not very comfortable. They were too squishy which gave me a stiff neck. Would have easily been fixed if I just brought my own pillow though.

We LOVE this hotel, and have stayed here quite a few times. We got a Corner King Suite this time, which had lots of space. Except for the bathroom! It had a very small tub, and the lighting was terrible, and way too dark for applying makeup. That could easily be improved
