I stayed in this hostal for two weeks, and it was the best place I’ve stayed at in Ávila so far. The staff were extremely friendly and patient, also with the fact that my Spanish is far from perfect. One of the staff even used their phone translator to talk with me about my day ! Room cleaning was done everyday, and if you chose to not have it for one day it would definitely be done the next day, so that everything stayed clean, including fresh towels and sheets everyday. I also got free drinking water everyday and even the little tray with tiny candies was refilled. The room had a spacious bed that was very comfortable, a wardrobe, a desk and even a tv. The bathroom had a sink, a toilet and a big shower with two different shower heads, and nice warm water. The location was perfect, almost literally in El Grande (Plaza de Santa Teresa) with the walls, all kinds of shops and little stores nearby and enough places to eat. Despite being near El Grande I wasn’t bothered by noise at all during the night. The hostal had a nice quiet atmosphere, but very open and friendly. The floors themselves were also cleaned everyday and everything smelled nice. I am incredibly satisfied with my stay and would 100% recommend this hostal!

Price / quality is very good. Very near city center. Helpful and friendly lady at the reception. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Possible to leave luggage there if arriving early.

Bad sewage smell from the bathroom! I didn't complain as it was just for 1 night and price was very reasonable. Had to close bathroom door and it was fine.

It was such an excellent stay, I really didn’t expect. On a small quiet street just next to the entrance into the old town, so clean and such a cozy room, for such price. The stuff was very kind and welcoming and honestly, next time I’m in Ávila, I’ll probably stay there. Thank you so much

Very kind and helpful staff. We arrived in the morning, so our room wasn't ready yet, but we could leave our luggage in the hotel already and when we returned in the afternoon our luggage was already moved to our room. It's little things like that that give an extra to a stay! Nice and ample room too, with good beds and good shower. Wifi worked very well. Perfect location just outside the city walls. So it's a quite location and within (less than) 5 minutes, you are inside the city walls.

Breakfast was in a bar nearby. Nice location, but breakfast had a limited choice and was not very elaborate, which is a difference with some breakfast buffets we had earlier in our trip, especially regarding the price of the hotel. So that could be better. But the lady in the breakfast bar was very kind and gave us a happy feeling.

The location is great, right next to the plaza and the Roman walls. The staff are very helpful and considerate. I could leave my luggage before check in time and after my check out time, which really helps me a lot.

Perfect location and the staff are very sympathetic and kind. I could not speak Spanish very well but they try to listen me and answered my questions sincerely. Also, room was clean and have air conditioning. I could use elevator and didn’t have any hassles to carry my heavy suitcase to my room.

The information table is very friendly... The room and bathroom is clean.... Very recommendable for friends... Couples and family.. We had a great time... Mostly its in the city center♥️

Great location just steps from the main plaza. I was in the attic room which was very spacious. Individual heat/AC. Very clean and quiet. Super comfortable bed. Modern bathroom.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. All perfect.

The staff were so friendly and were so patient as I don’t speak any Spanish but they made it work and helped me feel at ease. So easy to get around from here too.
