Good location not far from the town centre, with a petrol station next door which is useful for a quick bit of shopping. The guest house was very clean with the standard facilities of tea/coffee, tv, a small but neat bathroom and comfy bed. Breakfast was very tasty and had a decent cooked choice. The plate is not over filled if you have the cooked option which was good, and the breakfast options also include cereal and yogurt if you want. The hosts are very pleasant and keep a really clean place.

One of the most delightful B&Bs I've stayed at. The host was so wonderful and accomodating. The property was clean and homey, and the private bathroom was new and very clean. It was surprisingly quiet for being on a main road (and next to a servo). It's a short walk from the B&B to the town centre and there are maps and guides available. Parking was also available out the front of the property. And a TV in your room too. I also wasn't expecting to have our dietary needs catered for (gluten free and vegan) but our lovely host made sure that we had plenty to eat at breakfast. Such a wonderful experience.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

This is a super little Guest House within easy walking distance of the town of Stratford on Avon and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. We felt very safe walking back from the theatre late at night, in well-lit streets (about 12 minutes walk). The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hostess was lovely. A really good breakfast is included in the price, including a vegetarian option. I can't recommend this Guest House too highly. Parking in Straford was surprisingly easy and resonable if you wished to drive in.

I absolutely loved my stay here! As I was traveling by train and arrived around morning/early noon, I had asked whether or not I could leave my luggage at the Guest House, so I could explore Stratford without it, and then return later in the day for a proper check-in. And not only did the extremely lovely host Lucy let me leave my luggage, but she even let me check-in suuuuper early. It made things so much easier! The guest house is a short walk away from the town center and all the important Shakespeare-related sides, and the map Lucy gave me, made walking around town even more convenient. The breakfast selection was really great and the food was absolutely delicious! As I have been staying in Britain for a couple of days during my holiday, I had eaten quite a few different variations of hot breakfast, but this one was definitely the most delicious of them all. The bed was super comfortable and I was a bit sad that I couldn't stay longer in Stratford-Upon-Avon. I definitely have to come back and stay at this Guest House again, not least because Lucy was such an extremely lovely lady!

Nothing. I enjoyed everything. :)

Good location and easy to reach by car. Also not far from the centre of town. Host very friendly and helpful. Checking in was very easy. Room was great. Breakfast also delicious. Communication very good prior to arrival. The host answered my question in good time. Hotels in Oxford are expensive and this was good value for money.

It's quite small and tight. Parking was a little tricky. One room is on the ground floor at the front right by the breakfast room and it was noisy, at night (from the floor above) and in the morning as everyone was talking right in front of our door.

The B&B was located just a few minutes from the centre, walking. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and great power shower in the en-suite. Drinks and toiletries were supplied in the room. We slept well, quiet on the back of the property. Breakfast was very good, catering for gluten free. Friendly owner. We were able to park earlier (keys given on arrival) and leave later to make the most of our stay which we very much appreciated. Thank you.

We received a warm welcome on arrival from the host. Our room was a good size with a small TV and tea/coffee facilities. The en-suite had a good sized shower and very nice toiletries. The breakfast was very good as was the service.

This guest house is on a busy road so we were aware of traffic noise until it died down late in the evening. I suppose this is a small penalty to pay for being in a good location, it being only a 10-15 minute walk from the RSC theatre.

Firstly our arrival was late, outside the required checking in time. I contacted Green Haven Guest house and I received a quick response from our host Lucy saying that she would await our arrival, and it wasn't a problem. Our whole stay was exceptional from start to finish. We'd never stayed in a guest house before, however found everything to our satisfaction and more. The Green haven guest house was immaculately clean, not that we were out to loom for cleanliness but found it extremely difficult to notice any faults throughout. Our room which was a triple room, was beautiful and very much thought out. Our 24 year old son had his own private space to relax away from his nagging parents lol Breakfast was delicious, compliments to the chef on delivering a tasty full breakfast, and the flow of tea, coffee and toast was plentiful. Lucy our host was an absolute delight, accommodating our every need during our 3 night break. Parking was available, and just a short walking distance to the local town, bars and restaurants.

The host was very friendly, hospitable, helpful & obliging, nothing was to much trouble. The location is perfect for the town. The room we had was on the ground floor and had all the amenities. It was lovely and clean and warm. The breakfast was excellent with a good varied choice including cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, full English, toast, fruit juice, coffee & tea. They also have free parking on the forecourt. This is our 2nd visit in the last 12 months and I’d definitely recommend it to family & friends.

Nothing……everything was perfect

Owner was very pleasant and helpful, our room was spacious, very clean, lots of tea and coffee, good shower room, the only criticism I have is that there is a glass shelf just above the toilet, me and my husband banged our heads on it, could do with moving, breakfast was cooked to we were in room 2, location was fantastic only a 10 minute easy walk to the centre, would deffinately recommend
