A very pleasant place to relax at the end of an active trip in Sri Lanka. Marcus and his wife are very attentive and welcoming hosts. We really appreciate how they managed to transform this place into a friendly little paradise. The family cottage is spacious, with two bathrooms. The garden is spectacular and very well maintained. Across the road is a long and wild beach. Love it.

I would recommend adding some local recipes to the menu

The hotel is situated in a calm location and is very close to the beach. The room we had was very big and clean. The pool is really nice, our kid loved it. She also liked feeding Egbert the turtle! It was an excellent and relaxing (but too short😊) stay to end our trip through Sri Lanka. Thank you Markus for your hospitality and for being such a great host. You made use feel very welcome and you were very helpful.

Delightful resort with friendly staff. Food was plentiful and very tasty. Beautifully landscaped gardens with interesting flora and fauna. Host helped organise trips and transfer and answered any queries we had. We stayed for a few nights at the end of the holiday and was great location for transfer to airport and left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

The nice big clean pool, the food, the spacious bungalows, the fresh beers and the very courtous owner Markus. All world star in a friendly, family atmosphere!! Beds are comfy, Ac work fine The gardens are perfectly manicured

We liked the small-scale surroundings, Nice bungalows, adjoining as promised, everything was clean and tidy and the staff really friendly! Because of our nighttime arrival, they sent a driver to pick us up at the airport en let us in our rooms. We had diner in the hotel twice, it was a nice introduction to sri Lankan cuisine.

Markus and Andrea were great hosts and the environment was very relaxed. There was everything we needed in the room - plenty of towels, lots of storage, fridge, mosquito net and big, comfy bed. Lovely pool and the evening meal and breakfasts we had were really good too.

We could have done without the singing and chanting from the church nextdoor at 5.30am both days, but that wasn't the host's fault!

Beautiful oasis in a quiet location. Lovely bungalow accommodation, with a nice pool surrounded by palms giving it a nice tropical feel. The service provided by Markus and his team was excellent. This included a taxi pick up from the airport at an ungodly hour - all arranged smoothly for us. Fantastic beach front location.

I don't understand why it says 5 star resort. It's beautiful and lovely in many ways and in some ways more than a 5 star hotel with the kind and intimate interaction with staff but it's not 5 stars!

wonderful location in a quiet setting. The welcome and hospitality of Markus and Babett couldn’t have been bettered. Lovely break in a family atmosphere where service is their absolute priority.

while attempting to avoid being pressured by this hi tech communication world everyone is sadly dependent on the WWW. It would helpful when booking flights, visas etc to have a more readily available Wifi across the whole site.

Best start into the first days of a roundtrip with our family! Quiet and peace, lovely people., good food, nice surrounings closexto te beach for shell searching and an ayurvedic treatment with Jasmin Villa to fully relax. Markus created a little piece of heaven! Thank you very much. We hopefully return one day. !
