Brilliant Hotel, nicely located in the centre of the tourist strip in Negombo. The room was spacious and clean, with the best AC we have come across in Sri Lanka. The bed was also super comfy. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay, supplying us with extra towels for the pool, and great breakfast and they let us have a late check out due to our flight being at 10pm. I think we may have been one of the only rooms, but they really made us feel comfortable and safe! Recommend to anyone who needs a comfy place to stay before catching a plane elsewhere.

Located very close to the beach and restaurants. Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating.

Don't have private parking and no elevator.

Hustle free location . Its easy to travel to both ends of negombo and come to the property. Property has its own Pub which is more convenient. Staffs are friendly and a save place to spend your day. Close by to the beach, supermarket and other street food shops. Neat and tidy rooms, also clean and comfy beds.

No much complaints. Property is re-launching post pandemic. They could have done better. No much knowledge on booking.com and bookings. Good have done a better job on the Breakfast. Front office manager initially tried to plug me into a normal room whereas i booked a deluxe room with Balcony.

The hotel was lovely and I was made so welcome. The prices were fair and the food lovely. The owner very helpful, and when I needed a driver further down south he was able to help. Thank you

Anton the front desk man was exceptional he made sure we were very happy and was excellent. he waited until 5am for us to arrive and was very kind and relaxed and a couple of days later was up at 5.30 to provide breakfast before we started a long journey. it’s a perfect place to start or end your time in Sri Lanka!

It was very nice stay before departure! Clean and cosy room, swim pool. Near you can find a lot of cafes and shops. And of course do not forget to catch amazing sunset at the beach, which is in 3 miners away from hotel. Manager Antonio was very friendly and helpful: he served us early breakfast and helped to order transfer to the airport. It was our 7th hotel in Sri-Lanka, and it’s really good value for money. Thank you!

Incredibly welcoming and nice staff at the reception and the breakfast. They really made you feel home and did so with a smile on their face. Breakfast was great. Locations is good, just across the street from the beach. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel didnt have their own power generator during the outages - something to be addressed. Maybe some work could be done to deliver the wifi to all rooms at a stable speed.

This place is really a nice one, great location, nice rooms, swimming pool, so you really enjoy the place. Just 2 or 3 minutes and you will be at the beach. Around the place you will find some places to eat or small supermarket. Room was just nice and i liked the whole place. I came earlier due to flight and nice manager gave me a room before checkin, so my experience was great.

hi Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hotel . I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners.

I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.
