Another visit to this superb hotel, its a first rate stay no matter what rooms you choose and there is such a wide range to choose from when booking, This hotel has the highest standards and meets them with every visit. The place is spotless, the staff wonderful from management down the the cleaners. This is the place to stay if you want a most relaxing break in superb surroundings. Its worth every penny, the place is sheer class.

I cannot find any fault to report about my stay at this hotel which is saying a great deal after other places that I have stayed in the past that do not meet this set of standards.

Regular user of this lovely hotel. However i made a mistake on booking believing I had made my usual booking for a double room. On arrival after a long drive from bournemouth it seems my booking was for one. The first receptionist accepted I had made a mistake and accepted my payment for the room. However on returning to reception for the drtnks voucher I was informed that my booking was cancelled and that I had to pay a supplement for my wife and breakfast on top of the usual charge for the double room. Then I had a lecture on it being my fault for booking through booking,com. I accept it was my fault but no consideration was given to the fact we use this hotel on many occassions. We did not book your New Years Festivities because of the treatment we received.

Another wonderful stay at this superb hotel in a room that I had not been allocated before, the facilities were top notch as I would expect, everything was clean and tidy. You had everything that you needed for a most enjoyable stay, tea making facilities, water. The Bathroom was wonderful with a full bath as well as a nice walk in shower that had seating as well. Staff here are all top notch taking a full interested in their guests, reception, restaurant, bar, cleaning staff all worked their hardest to give the guest a real five star experience. Again a superb stay and I look forward to my next visit later this year and the visits planned for next year.

I could not find any fault with the hotel, its staff and the considerable number of facilities that they have there.

There was plenty of parking, welcoming staff when we came to check in and a great option of room service or a free drink each per night of our stay. Our room was stunning and the hotel had made a special effort when I emailed to say about my partners birthday. The room was also very large with a great, clean bathroom and air conditioning. Breakfast was great and there was plenty of choice on the buffet or the food to order

The only thing we didn’t like was the coffee at breakfast but that’s only because we prefer a milk based drink rather than filter type coffee

All the staff were amazing ( big shout out to Millie ) the food was delicious, the hotel is beautiful, so well maintained and the location is great for our meet up with friends. The shower was lovely and hot and everything was so clean.

We did like everything, just the bed was extremely hard, we both didn't sleep particularly well and my hubby could usually sleep anywhere. We were in an older part of the hotel Room 136. It definitely wouldn't put us off booking again as this was the only negative comment we could make. We would upgrade our room next time.

The hotel lovely, the room was big and the bed was so comfortable,could do with a thicker quilt though,I have pain in my back and the bed gave me no pain,room well worth the money, credit to the housekeeping who made sure the room was spotless and they were really polite (I know how hard it is as I used to be a housekeeper) the lady I spoke to in the restaurant for breakfast was so down to earth and lovely to talk to,all credit to her too, I have anxiety and because she was lovely,it put me at ease.especially travelling alone to treat myself.thankyou for giving me a ground floor room. The pizza I tret myself to from room service was so nice,if indulgent, and came promptly.

It's not the staffs fault,let me make that clear but..I literally had two hours sleep! The people upstairs (I was on the ground floor) apparantly I learned the next morning had four in the room,was really loud ahem....till gone 3a.m..they had no consideration of other guests, but me being me I wasn't going to go down to reception and complain as not staffs fault,and how can you complain about some people sounding like they are in an adult film..I'm not prudish in the slightest,but I was so angry at these guests,I came to treat myself to a little respite,so i can't say the room was quiet, again, not the staffs fault, but i came away exhausted from lack of sleep.

The overall experience was lovey and the bathroom was amazing. The restaurant was beautiful.

The spa room had a constant humming noise, which we suspect was either the heating or the spa baths. The location of the room, it's one of the most expensive however, is located next to the busy road and above the function room. So there was constant road noise and the disco until 12:00 pm. We wouldn't book this spa suite again which is a shame as in our opinion it's the one with the best bath.

The breakfast was wonderful as usual lots to choose from ranging from fruit, toast, cereals, full English to alternatives for those wanting a healthy diet. Tea and coffee was included with this. A choice of fruit juices was available each day as well.

Nothing at all, the hotel has a brilliant restaurant with plenty of seating in sunny areas so that you can enjoy the start to the day so no complaints at all.

Used the hotel as a bit of a luxury break on the journey north after a family Christmas. Weather not good so didn't get to see/use the outdoors, but the hotel is really nice. The rooms (standard double!!) are extra-ordinary - the largest I have stayed in & probably double the size of usual standards, with a large bathroom too - and the rooms are nice too, not just spacious. Staff were helpful and the bar & restaurant food was good, as was breakfast.

Nothing bad - this was a very good hotel stay.

Where do I start.....everything was absolutely PERFECT! Literally perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a smile and very friendly staff. The level of service from the staff is second to none, nothing is too much trouble and they were all so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming, inviting, warming, friendly and relaxing. We had a Deluxe Family/Twin room and it had the wow factor as we walked into the room. The space in the room was incredible! It was very presentable and super clean. Theres not a single fault that I could find or mention. I was at the hotel for a wedding vow renewal and everything from start to finidh was amazing. It was an incredible day/night. Then to sleep....an amazing nights sleep on beautifully comfy beds with lovely bed linen in very quiet surroundings. I slept so well and had an amazing nights sleep. We had breakfast with our room too and this was another WOW factor. Im not normally one for the self serve buffets but this hotel just blows it out of the water with incredible choices of the freshest and quality ingredients. Proper thick tasty slices of bacon, proper seasoned butchers sausages, the most beautifully seasoned mushrooms and cooked eggs.....i could go on and on....it was simply divine! One of the best breakfasts ive gad in a long time and so much choice top, something to suit everyone! I cannot wait to come back to this hotel!

The only thing i didnt like was that my stay wasnt long enough. Ill definitely be coming back and cant wait to sample the spa treatments next time.
