We loved the Seda Club Hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the room was amazing, great space, fancy, perfect location. I loved the treats left in our room each day. And I don’t think I’ve had such an amazing breakfast. Highly recommend!!

Nothing, but I would recommend booking a room with a view of the plaza. We had to keep our shades closed most of the time due to the proximity of the next building, not that we were in the room all that much during the day.

Very nice boutique hotel located in the old town of Granada. Tastefully decorated interior, even though a bit baroque for my taste. Spacious and comfortable room. Generally fantastic and attentive service, kudos to the staff! Good breakfast and very important for me good coffee. A valet parking service is offered. Two bars, one on the rooftop and one at the lobby, well sorted and really decent food (Tapas). Would stay there again any time.

Just a few really minor things: the door in the bathroom was squeaking and a sofa in our room would have been nice. Sometimes there seemed to be a bit of a shortage on wait staff in the bar, they had to divide their time between the two bars, but that never really was an issue.

Attention to detail, rooms have been well thought about. Have stayed in many lovely hotels that often don't get it right. Seda club did, little things like actually having a chair and proper dressing table area with mirror at the right height for doing hair and make up for ladies. Full length mirror, seating area, lovely toiletries. Little treats left in our room such as different food treats, or a lovely hand cream and face cleanser left on your bedside table with the turndown service, fresh flowers, slippers in different sizes for male and female, that's a first usually other hotels the slippers are one size large, far too big for ladies. All these gave a personal touch that made you feel valued and thought about to have the best stay possible. Lovely friendly and knowledgeable staff, fantastic alacarte breakfast too, lovely rooftop bar, great location, beautiful furniture and decoration through out the hotel...I could go on!

Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere with so much attention to detail. The interior design is amazing! Lots of character. Exactly how it looks in the photos. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room\hotel is clean and spacious. Very quiet rooms, hotel and zone. The linens are amazing! And the mattress was really comfortable. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Granada Cathedral and and lots VERY GOOD (IS SPAIN!!!) food options around. Delicious and complete breakfast ( important : nos self service !!!!) and nice restaurant and bar on the roof. Would recommend to anyone coming to Granada.

Beautiful hotel with great design. The rooms are big and the toilets have a door and are therefore departed from the bathroom which is a plus. Lots of small but appreciated attentions like snacks delivered to the room every day as well as bottled water. Breakfast options were perfect and the restaurant is very good. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants. The Alhambra is 30 minutes walk from the hotel but since it’s a the top of a hill, we decided to take a taxi to get there but came back by foot. They have a roof top with a bar but it was too hot to stay there.

There is no swimming pool and the laundry prices are way too high (3 times what we have seen in Sevilla, Jerez and Malaga). But other than that everything was perfect.

Extraordinary attention to detail, from the selection of hanger types (shirt / dress / coat / scarf) to the 21st century turndown service (they neatly tidied up our phone charger cables!). Impressive room minibar. Delicious à la carte breakfast. Magical little private spa. Impeccable reception service. Phenomenal sound-proofing.

Not much to complain about! The central HVAC system was set to "heating only", and due to the unusually mild weather the room got a little warm. And a first world problem: the cocktail list could have been a bit more extensive/creative.

The staff at Seda club were very welcoming - the receptionist on our arrival (I sadly didn't catch her name) was so friendly and checked how much information we wanted to receive, so as not to overwhelm us. They had also upgraded us to a larger suite and we were DELIGHTED. It was absolutely gorgeous in there - so much space, which is rare in city hotels. The luxury of the kids having their own bedroom and bathroom was perfection. Staff had left a welcome note and toy for them too which they were so delighted with. The furnishings were beautiful, very clean and the L'Occitane toiletries were a lovely luxury (esp the face cloth and hand creams on day 2!). In addition, to the welcome fruit and sweet treats we were left cut fresh fruit everyday which felt a loving touch. The pastries at breakfast were also so delicious - light and oh so flaky!

Just a few suggestions - we got drenched one evening in a sudden hail and thunderstorm. We would have appreciated somewhere to leave our wet umbrellas/shoes and some hooks in the lounge area for our wet coats. Service at Breakfast was a bit variable - sometimes it was slow and I had to ask for something a few times. It didn't matter to us massively but in an otherwise exceptional place, it stuck out as not up to standard. There is an error on the Booking.com description of this hotel as having 2 swimming pools. They have 1 pool in their spa area but no outdoor pool (I think the photo suggesting this may have since been removed. It is a shallow decorative mosaic pool in the inner courtyard).
