The location was great, about 10 minutes walk from Cathedral in a pretty square. The building is very old but beautiful. Apartments are large and modern. They have a super king bed, a lounge with kitchen area, microwave and hob and small fridge. TV but no English channels. Very friendly receptionist Esmeralda who gave us recommendations for restaurants and sites. She speaks good English. Good wifi. The apartment has heating which you can increase if necessary. Our stay was in January.

More warmer bedding needed in January. The apartment was cold initially but I turned heating up which made it more comfortable.

It was very personalised. We were asked ETA & there was a cheerful & friendly lady waiting at reception. She assisted us with checkin & provided us with really useful tips for food & places of interest. There is a particular cathedral which she highly recommmended. It was not on our radar, was not in most google searches or travelblogs but turned out to be the most stunning place. WOW thanks plenty. Restaurants recommended didnt disappoint. We happened to meet the owner of this amazing property. He so generously shared with us its history, renovation process & secret cellar. Such a privilege to call this gem our home for a couple of nights. Without a doubt, will recommend to all friends. Photos on booking.com don't do justice to our apartment and the common compound, the courtyard. IRL the place is just so tranquil and zen, full of character. We are 2 couples travelling together in 2 separate apartments and we had memorable moments in the courtyard, night cap and churrios brekkie. Neighbourhood is safe with quick access to squares & squares of restaurants. The property is a peaceful quiet oasis in the midst of all the bustling squares nearby. Cathedral de Granada is round the corner. Right in front of property is a local playground. We see local families chatting and kids playing. NIce vibes. Location is perfect for visits to all touristy sights. short pleasant stroll to bus to Allambra, St NIcholas Parador etc. The only sight we needed to uber to is that beautiful cathedral recommended by staff and owner.

The location is great, the manager was very accommodating and kind. The parking could be paid for at the hotel, that was convenient. There was an ease in communication with the staff with prompt responses. The local gift on arrival. :) The place is very quiet and clean. Well equipped with what needed for a short stay.

On arrival the directions to get to the property and the parking instructions were not very useful. While young lady at the reception tried to guide us, it was a lack in recognizing where the instructions were poor and why. We were expected to know certain local things, even though she knew that we were traveling from a different country and continent. I found many unpractical things in the otherwise lovely looking apartment, ie the heavy, industrial looking stools at the kitchen, the lack of soap/shampoo holder in the shower, the sofa and arm chair in the living room, nice but not comfortable at all. The sink at the bathroom, modern looking, but shallow and inconvenient. Lighting around the apartment was inneficient.

My husband and I were looking for a place that reflected the culture and this was it! We truly felt like we were in a historic part of Spain! The staff was very helpful and very nice! The room was spacious, clean and had more than everything we needed. There were plenty of places to eat nearby.

The only thing we didnt like about this property was that it overlooked a small park (Plaza de los lobos) and there was a group of people on Saturday night talking and laughing loudly until 2AM. My husband actually opened the window and started yelling at them beacuse we couldnt sleep. The interior of the hotel was very quiet and very peaceful so if you stay clear of the bedrooms facing the park you will be fine.

The stunning renovation of such a beautiful and historically fascinating building, in such a wonderfully central location must be celebrated. We simply loved getting back to its quiet, comfortable ambience. We cooked delicious meals in the excellently appointed kitchen as well as eating out in one or two of the suggested restaurants. Seeing the underground rooms on our last day and getting a sense of the ancient lives lived in the building was an added bonus . The nearby Jazz bar, Bohemia, was the perfect night cap venue too!

Location was ideal! Only 5 minutes from the historical centre but in a very peaceful plaza. The building itself is beautiful and the room nicely furnished and decorated. Esmeralda who looked after us was so helpful and was happy to give us advice on places to eat and the best way to get around the city.

Our only concern was the distance we had to park our car from the hotel. But Granada is a very tough place to negotiate in your own vehicle with so many restrictions and in the end having secure parking 190 meters away was understandable.

Excellent location, close to the centre. The accommodation was superb, had everything you would need for a city break. The communication prior to checking in was so good and the host was so friendly and willing to share his recommendations around the city. Loved Granada and hope to return.

Nothing really. I would say for folks arriving late by taxi, don’t be put off as it looks a bit dark coming from the little side streets but it is a lovely little square and so nice in the day.

Cultural trip of Andalucia. My husband and I stayed at Palacete 1620 in Granada for 5 Nights. The Palacete, a former private little city palace is beautiful, with an inner court with antique details. The Apartments are very clean and well equipped with a kitchenette, dining table, sofa group, large Bedroom and Bathroom. It is very well situated on a quiet sidestreet facing a nice little Park. The Staff, our Host and owner José and his co-worker Eva were extreemly friendly, they was no limit to how they helped us. José really knew all about the most important Sights, and he gave very good practical advice to us. We will definately go back!

Perfect. Great location on a quiet plaza used by locals with trees, a fountain, and a children's playground. Several live music venues, dozens of restaurants, bars, outdoor cafes, and a string of other gorgeous fountain plazas within blocks--but quiet here! A couple blocks to the Cathedral and center of city. Walking distance to the interesting neighborhoods and sites. Our room was spacious, nice kitchenette (including espresso maker and coffee), comfy couch, & separate bedroom with comfy bed. In a historic building---a "palace" built in 1620--around a fountain courtyard, now covered! Owners (generally there in am) were generous with their help: recommendations to sites, restaurants, live music, transportation, and healthcare. Like family. If you arrive before check-in time (as we did) you can enter with a code they provide and store your luggage in a storeroom (also secured with a code). We'll be back!

It was all perfect, really.

Received an entry code for front door AND entry code for the left luggage room. Excellent idea. Hotel location is excellent. Walk everywhere. Room was modern, clean and large. Nice view of the park. The property is historic, but beautifully restored. The staff were all wonderful. I would stay here again.

One bedroom front can be a bit noisy at night - you can hear voices & cars, but it's relatively well insulated. Maybe the establishment can include cava (champagne) glasses as nice touch in the kitchen. It would have been great to have somewhere in the shower to put your stuff and not on the floor. Maybe some nicer bath products? Need better TV with netflix option or some movie channels...BUT this is a problem all over Spain... lots & lots of horrible local tv stations and all international shows are old & dubbed (sometimes an option to change language).
