Room space

Location, Price, room, cleanliness, bathroom, breakfast. While checking out early in the morning, this young helpful lady at front desk went down to kitchen and got us some breakfast packed (as it was earlier than 7 AM) along with some juice. Free taxi from Airport (courtesy of booking through Booking.Com).

I requested for Iron (beforehand through Booking.com message), but it was not already in our room. They just give it to me at checkin and carry myself (Iron and Ironing board) along with my luggage (3 pcs) when we checked-in late in the evening (we left luggage to store earlier in the day). In other properties we stayed during our trip, our luggage was already in the room when we dropped it to store before check-in (someone mentioned they did it for them at this property, but not what I got as an experience). Also, free bottled water may add some value (got it everywhere else - 2 bottles per day). The Royal Park Canvas Osaka Kitahama nearby have better service, rooms, and free drinks/coffee/teas.

The location of the hotel was very nice as it was close to both Kitahama and Yodoyabashi stations. It is also close to Nakanoshima, a perfect place for strolling during the day and night. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Another pleasant surprise that I got was a free upgrade I received, unfortunately I was only there for one (1) night. Everything exceeded beyond my expectations. The room was very clean, the bed was big and comfortable, and there was even a couch for use. The bathroom was also a little bit bigger than the usual business hotels in Japan. Overall, I give the hotel a ten out of ten.

Fortunately there was nothing I did not like about this hotel! I would like to commend the staff for being professional. They made my stay very comfortable though I only stayed for one (1) night. Please keep up the good work!

The breakfast is very complete and has something for all tastes. Near the hotel there are restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel is very close to a train station, however the most used one is 10 minutes away.

The reception staff was not very friendly. It does not have complimentary water even though in Japan the tap water is drinkable. We were washing clothes in the self-service washing machine and before the washing time was up, the lady at the reception was ready to take out the clothes without even asking us if they were ours.

A wonderfull hotel the staff are very friendly and always willing to help no matter how small the request. The room was very clean the bed was on the slightly hard side but that seems to be the case in most hotels in this part of the world. We arrived before 3 pm check in time, left our bags in the care of the hotel. When we returned after 3pm our room was ready and bags had been taken to our room. A service the hotel staff do to help guests, very nice.

Vending machines in the lobby would be nice, also complementary coffee as found in other hotels. Nice have when you want to spend time outside of your room late in the evening.

The staff was excellent at this property. They spoke English and went out of their way to be helpful and this was very much appreciated! The room was very comfortable with a good bed and pillows and a good size. We left the Sheraton which was awful and double the price to stay here! It was so nice that we added two extra days to our stay! This property is located in a quiet business district very close to train station. Taxis are fairly inexpensive which we used when the heat was overwhelming. There are a few cafes and local restaurants in the area which were good. The breakfast here is excellent and well worth the money. Highly recommend.

The room was able to fit 2 twin beds and 1 roll-away. We were comfortable although a little bit tight. The bathroom was big and roomy and the water was hot. The hotel was very close to the subway station and we can find food, coffee, in the same block which was very convenient. We felt safe. The staff was very friendly and kept our luggage as we arrived a bit early. We would definitely stay there again. The microwave, washer/dryer was very convenient.

I wish I had paid a little bit more to get a bigger size room but what we had was fine for 3 beds.

Excellent location. Have never been so near to a subway station. The gathering point for KKday tour is only 2 stops away at Kyobashi. Very clean and quiet room with all essential provisions e.g. kettle, tea n coffee, fridge, safety box. Helpful staff too. A very nice commercial area with no bustle and hustle. A walk along the river under the morning sun is enjoyable.

A 3 star hotel, not 4 as advertised by Booking. Room is smaller than expected. First time in a room w no wardrobe. The hanging bar provided is only good enough for the overcoats, have to take most clothes in and out from the suitcase every day.

Great Property. Nice Location. Helpfull staff. Will recommend to fellow travellers for their OSAKA Visit.

Breakfast could have been better. The Hotel did not allow us to sit in the restaurant area for warming up & having a family meal with friends. We were forced to huddle up in our room to have our dinner. We offered the staff that we would clean up the tables etc. after our meals but they said that its against the Hotel Policy. Request to pls look into it, as this facility was given to us in all other hotels (in Tokyo & Kyoto) that we stayed in.

Excellent stay - hotel was in a good location just steps away from the subway station. Just a few stops away from the tourist areas but hotel was in a quieter (more business) area. Convenience store and places to eat nearby. Hotel was modern and the staff were helpful and friendly. Room was quite large (by Japanese standards) and disposable amenities (toothbrush etc) were available at the front desk if you needed anything. Wi-Fi was fast. Breakfast was a nice mix and included some Osaka specialities (takoyaki!!). All in all very happy for the price paid.
