Very clean and great spa facilities.

The breakfast option was too expensive, I would have liked to have had breakfast on a couple of the days but it was too expensive.

I did not have breakfast in the morning. But ate some pasta at the restaurant and it was tasty. Staff were absolutely friendly, helpful and welcoming which really sets the tempo for the stay. Nothing beats good customer service and Estrel for me got it on point. My room was so perfectly designed and decorated. Loved the decor and come on, you need a good shower. I could have stayed in the shower for hours. Now, for the bed. Having a good comfortable bed is essential. A good night comfortable sleep is a must. You can’t enjoy without good sleep. I slept perfectly like a cat. Thank you Estrel.

I love a good cup of tea. I brought my Yorkshire Gold Tea and my mug. But no kettle in the room. This is a first for me. I have stayed in many hotels and ones larger and there has always been a kettle and an iron in room. This hotel is state of the art, but not having enough kettles and irons for each room was a let down. I had knock on doors to ask if l can borrow a iron as my clothes got crushed.

The lobby is impressive and beautiful, I loved it. The room was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was really classy and clean (small issue with water spreading around the whole bathroom). We also used the bike storage (for free) which you can access with the key card (so additional bike locks are needed).

There wasn't any coffee machine/kettle which are pretty common in hotels nowadays, even with lower standard. There wasn't any free water or a welcome drink- again, they are a standard in hotels nowadays, even with lower standard. Also, there was a strange situation when the service opened the door without knocking while I was dressing up and didn't even apologize or anything- I don't know, maybe it was to make us forget asap about it ;D

The place is quite convenient for such a giant hotel. You have access to a few decent restaurants on the premise and an amazing bar at the river bank right in front of the hotel. It gets quite crowded in the atrium during the events, but the room is perfectly insulated so you can get your well-deserved rest.

1) The internet speed is horrendous. We've chosen the option with high-speed internet instead of breakfast, and it was... 3,5MBs maximum. We've addressed the issue with the staff, but they've informed us that this is indeed their high-speed internet quality. We quite naively thought that "high-speed" means at least 2 digits... 2) There is no mention of the parking garage height during the booking. Sadly, it's only 1,85cm , so we had to remove our roof trunk to access the garage and then to leave it. Other that these two significant blunders, the hotel is worth our recommendation.

Very friendly staff. Excellent in English, even though I tried to speak German. The building can't be missed, it is very luxurious from the outside and inside too. The entrance was welcoming, and everybody was eager to help out. Clean rooms. Good sound isolation. Great shower. It's a good stay for single business trips, it's not a very romantic place. But for work this is perfect.

The only thing that was less nice, was maybe the people standing too much outside waiting for their taxi or Uber. It gets crowdy, and sometimes people are a little trashy. But this is not the fault of the hotel.

We had a large, comfortable suite on a top floor with an amazing view. Almost everybody working at the hotel is exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

There is nothing really very interesting near the hotel but we picked it to be close to someplace we needed to be. Also, be aware that the suites face both new highway construction and a very large ventilating system so there is noise, sometimes pretty early in the morning, with the windows closed it's not bad, but still… Finally, only the two relatively expensive restaurants were open during our stay. There is a somewhat more reasonable pub style restaurant, but it was closed.

The hotel was very nice, it is a big one with a variety of restaurants just at the lobby. The hotel is also a business center, so it has quite an infrastructure. Not so far from the city center around 15min by S-Bahn.

Public transport is near by, but not that close, and quite complicated to reach when with snow of to cold, the access to the hotel from the S-Bahn station was not the best, specially at night. Quite confusing if it is your first time. Around the hotel however, there is not much going on.

Cleanliness and size of the room. Good breakfast with nice selection. Hotel clean and friendly staff. Breakfast better than I expected and choice was big- however, price 25€... well... Underground parking @ reasonable price- 22€. Overall- I can recommend for stay and will definitely book for myself in the future

Not in the city centrum but public transport makes the job. They don't have a complementary bottle of water in the room (mini bar 5€ per 0.5l bottle). Vending machine accepts cash only.

Modern and nicely furnished rooms with AC. The hotel is right outside the environmental zone, Umweltzonen, making it an ideal choice if you're traveling by car without a green sticker. The S-Bahn is just a five minute walk away.

Breakfast is 25 euros per person and day and parking is 22 euros per day. The cleaning staff knocked on our door many times in the morning, waking us up for no reason.

I'm delighted to say that the room was extremely comfortable and impeccably clean, providing a wonderful environment during our stay. Additionally, having three restaurants on the premises was quite convenient, although we noticed that only one of them was operational at the time. However, we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel graciously upgraded us to a better room, as the level we originally booked was fully occupied. It demonstrated their excellent customer service. One highlight of the room was undoubtedly the fantastic shower area, which added to the overall enjoyment and relaxation of our stay. Furthermore, the staff members were exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our visit.

As for the neighborhood, while it provided a convenient location, we noticed that it might not be as friendly as we had hoped. On a positive note, the Estrel Hotel itself stands out as one of the best-looking buildings in the district. Its architecture and aesthetics added to the overall appeal of the area.
