Very spacious room which was cleaned everyday. When we were still in the room the staff was very nice and did not bother us. The staff in general was very nice and helpful. Very good worth for the money, close to many cafés and other food places for breakfast or dinner. Also many scooters close and 2 minutes away feom a bus and metro stop so it was easy to reach. We are extremely happy with our stay. They were very flexible with our late check in time and it was not a problem. Both check-in and check-out were very clear and went really fast.

You could not stream anything to the tv as you had to use a wifi network that was paid.

Comfortable bed, room temperature was perfect, the bedroom and the bathroom were clean, free internet connection was fast enough, the little refrigerator turned out useful, the satellite TV allowed us to watch some programs in Italian

The remote control for the TV was missing some controls (no volume, no numbers, no coloured buttons), we could only select the channel to watch by scrolling the menu and pressing the OK button! Anyway, we spent most of our time visiting places so it was not a big deal.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Berlin Tempelhof Mercure. The hotel is on par with 90s theme, so even though some may find it a little out dated, if you don’t plan on spending all your time in a hotel room, it does the job! Our room was quite spacious, the mattress was firm (which we prefer), the bathroom was decent in size, and the temperature of the room in winter was perfect (windows do open if you need fresh air)! The location is great, within walking distance to 2 ubahn lines, which made it very easy to navigate around town. The neighbourhood itself felt relatively safe and we didn’t have any issues walking around at night. Just a fair warning for newbies to watch out for locals setting off fireworks during new year celebrations!

Although tidy, the room could have been a little cleaner. It was a bit dusty, so just a warning with those susceptible to allergies and hayfever.

Chose this hotel because it is very close to our son's apartment. It is in a good location for visiting Tempelhof and other attractions are easily accessible via the U-Bahn. Room was large and well equipped (we chose a privilege suite but double rooms were also good). Great buffet breakfast. Small fitness gym. Good bar area. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Wouldn't choose room at front again as it was noisy, being beside the main road, and there was too much light from the street. Bar expensive but this is normal for hotels.

All the facilities of a luxury hotel for a reasonable price, In Berlin town, within 3 minutes of an underground station that makes everything accessible. Responsive personnel.

The neighborhood is rather run down. But you will not spend much time there if your aim is to visit the Capital. Only one minuscule remark on the room: when draining the water after a bath, the pipes were rather noisy. But I guess they have fixed the issue by now

Lovely large room with big TV, nice and large bathroom. General pleasant interior with neutral colours. I enjoyed spending the time in the room: nice furniture, coffee for morning.

The entrance hallway smelled (heavy smell, unpleasent for the bar or restaurant). The sunshade broked during the day (maybe from the wind) and hit the window - nothing happened, thankfully. Altough I have announced immediately, no one came to see the issue.

I really like the reception staff and the friendliness:) Also really liked the room and bathroom layout. We landed earlier than check in and were super tired by trip. The staff allowed us to check in earlier than set time and that was really really kind ❤️

The housekeeping seems to enter right away in the morning after a single knock, and not waiting for a reply. I think that isn’t very nice 😅

The room was very clean, it was lovely and quiet and the actual room was very nice. The breakfast was really great. Huge selection of food and plenty of staff to help every morning. The desk staff were 10/10, always went out of their way to help. It is so close to a U Bahn stop which makes travelling around Berlin so easy!

The area around the hotel is not the nicest, the food is cheap but it is a bit rough in parts. The wifi in the room was terrible but the staff were happy to help and fixed the problem really quickly. It was on the expensive side for what it actually was.

We stayed six nights. The hotel is located about 100 m from the U8 subway. The rooms are a reasonable size so two people don't feel cramped moving around. We did not have breakfast so no comment there. The rooms have a small bar refrigerator. The bathroom is a reasonable size with a tub and shower. The room was quiet and we did not get much street noise. The TV has several English news channels but no others. The hotel is located very close to transit and Tempelhof Feld, which is now a large open-air park. If you run, there is a 6.5 km paved pathway around the perimeter of Templehof Feld, or you can do one mile sprints on the old runways! There are lots of restaurants (mostly ethnic - middle eastern, Mediterranean, north African, pizza) in the nearby streets. We did not have a car, but I think parking is extra (20 Euros per day???).

Bed was comfy, super clean and spacious bath tub/shower and bathroom. Roomy closets and wonderful breakfast. Actually amazing breakfast! Hotel room was quiet and the window opened for fresh air. Small refrigerator in the room came in handy. Good place to stay.

The wifi was exasperating as it kept going out so you'd have to re-log in. The room had this odd structure where possibly the TV was supposed to go, but instead, the TV was sitting on a table. Not sure what that well-structure thing was, it was just odd. If the TV had not been on that table, i would have used it for my small bag, instead, I put both suitcases on the floor. None of these things mentioned were deal breakers for this hotel.
