Patrick and Vickie are wonderful hosts! Their place is kept immaculately clean and is in a very safe residential neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Patrick met us at the airport, and even helped to give my suitcase a temporary fix so I could use it after it was damaged by the airline. He was always helpful and available to answer any questions, and we appreciated the convenience of being dropped at the pier for our cruise. Breakfast consisted of nourishing basics, but was just right to start the day. The internet was fast, too. This bed & breakfast is in Richmond and is not far from the airport. Restaurants and shopping are just a short distance away. If you are looking for a quiet, safe spot to get a good night’s sleep, I highly recommend staying here. I’ve already recommended it to folks I met in Vancouver and to people I know from home who may visit that area. It was perfect for cruisers like us!

Our room shared a bathroom with another room, which we were aware of when booking and it worked out fine. There is a third room with its own bathroom if sharing is an issue for you. We were really only in the room to sleep, and the bed was comfortable. It was only after we left that I realized there is no tv, but this also wasn’t an issue because I had my iPad.

The host was very kind and provided continental breakfast as well as house slippers! We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and they set up a beautiful banner to greet us! A+++ experience!

The walls were a little thin so we could hear other guests. The parking situation was a bit crowded but free, so that's a +. Very firm bed which some might appreciate

It was very clean and quiet. Other than the price issue I was very pleased. Patrick was very friendly and helpful with local places to go if needed.

I was just a little shocked that there was an extra $20 cleaning fee added on top of the room charge. Was expecting it to be $89 plus tax but was that plus $20 so $122. If I knew that I would have just got a hotel room for the same price. In the description it says it’s included in the price of the room but it was not.

Very clean and organized, host was super accommodating!! We had to arrive quite a bit later than expected, but Patrick was able to greet us with no issues and was very kind. The shuttle services were great as well!

Breakfast felt somewhat limited, but I can’t complain too much as you’d be paying much more for a hotel/breakfast anywhere else in Vancouver!

Very difficult to find at night. It was much easier the next day to understand the location. Pretty good for getting to the airport, but far from the city center. A little expensive for what we got

Great location, close to airport, city via air train. Patrick offered airport pickup and drop off at a reasonable price. The breakfast provided was perfect for us.

Our room could have been a bit bigger but it was acceptable for us.

The owner Patrick was very helpful. On our checkout day, he let us leave a lot of stuff at his place so we could pick up at a later time that day. He also helped move those stuff.

Vicki and Patrick went above and beyond it from the very beginning. Vicki was in the airport waiting for me with a sign and then her husband helped me get my bag in the trunk. They knew I was hungry so they stopped at a sushi restaurant and let me order takeout and waited for it. Then they took me to my cruise ship the next day. It felt like being picked up by family. I would definitely recommend staying here

Patrick was really nice and helpful, it was clean and comfortable and great for people that need a cheap place to stay near the airport because maybe the missed the last ferry. A quick no frills inexpensive place to stay with helpful easy going staff.

Host was friendly and very accommodating. Provided transportation for a reasonable fee both to whale watching location and ship terminal. Very nice backyard pergola to enjoy breakfast and coffee!
