Pool access is great. Staff are very friendly. Location is great.

The beds very uncomfortable, 2 beds pushed together needs a single mattress over the top. Hurt my back to sleep. It’s quite noisy if the people next door or above are noisy. I could hear the bloke snoring in room next door to me. No room service menu in room. Ordered at front but they forgot once. No big deal but if I could have ordered from room wouldn’t have happened.

since i got my room at the very end of the building, its pretty far to walk to reception/water refills, you can tell the building is getting old just simply by the smell & the walls cause there’s this little sand coming down from my roof at my doorway

bathrooms would need a bit of a refurbishing, but was totally fine. breakfast buffet could be a bit more varied (different fruits, different jams, add yogurt for the muesli)

The property was very big. With pools, a rooftop bar and a restaurant and a small coffee shop near the entrance. Has a lift, an amazing view from the balcony. Room was enough for two people. Hot and cold water was available, got cable tv and had a great wifi connection. Mirror was a bit rusty, maybe can change it sometime soon. But it didn’t impact my stay.

Stylish room with modern fittings and a clean, comfortable bed. Room service always quick. Excellent location, walkable distance from the beach and the all the many restaurants and features of Canggu. Close to the road, but no traffic noise except when an antisocial person revs their motorbike engine. The staff were friendly, competent, and responsive to all my requests. Pleasant poolside area. The upstairs Seaduction restaurant has tasty, great value meals - and the staff made me a delicious custom smoothis following my ingredient list. The higher floors have beautiful views of Canggu and the ocean at sunset.

You get full hotel service but for the price, the room is too small. The tile groutings in my shower were moldy - however friends in different rooms said they did not have this issue. The balcony door has no soundproofing, and as I am a late sleeper I was often woken up by noisy groups of people gathering outside; probably less of an issue at higher floors.

The hotel is located close to the beach, nice restaurants, and shops. My room was easy to navigate from and to Lobby, sea view from my room is great. Having delicious breakfast on the rooftop is great.

The bathroom has limited space to move around, it would be nice if they have the sliding door instead for the bathroom.

Great location, good underground parking, staff are very friendly and professional. Upper level has small ocean view.

Bed frame was old as was the mattress but still okish. Staying on level 3 you have a bit of an ocean view but you’re under the restaurant and can hear things being wheeled around and kids running about early in the morning which was pretty annoying

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that came with the room. While only staying for 2 nights the property was in a great location with lots of amenities nearby. Overall it was a good spot for the price and would stay again.

Transport options were less than ideal because of the road associated with the building. However, that is the only real complaint.

I read some bad comments in google. But I had a great time in this hotel. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was also good. Room was clean and tidy. Our family was 2 adt and 1 chd so we stayed family room. 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Just what I wanted for this vacation. Location was good.

they mentioned they have parking space under the building but it was not enough for all the cars. Parking was not easy for me.

the location is away from the hustle and bustle of the well-known busy Canggu! And its a 5 minute walk to the beach too! Its also close to minimarts, authorized currency exchange, hip cafes and restaurants, and surfer dudes/dudettes! Oh and also, there’s a pool access from our doorstep!

the shower area in the room has a strong pungent smell when i take a shower. it doesn’t bother me that much, but maybe this is something that can be improved in the future for other guests.
