I chose this place because of the location, as I had to catch an early bus. But it exceeds my expectation in every aspect. Squeaky clean and smells really good. The bathroom is shared but having my own spacious room was worth it. There are shared spaces to watch TV, balcony with a nice view and a dining area. Food was always available in the kitchen. Julio is very helpful and friendly! Do indicate what time you will arrive, as you'd need someone to let you in. I didnt do so, but I called the number in the app and Julio happened to be around so I could check in immediately.

I wish there was a label in the bathroom to indicate which is shampoo and body wash.

I want to sincerely thank the owner for staying in this housing The meetings were excellent, everything was shown and explained. There was a heater in the room, thank you very much for that (although it was warm in the room). It's clean, the bed smells nice, my wife and I had 2 sets of towels. Breakfast - wow, thank you. The owners are very caring, because there was everything you need for a hearty reception. The internet is great too. I want to say a big thank you to the owner for the comfort and care

Isolation was not very strong, although it is acceptable as a temporary residence.

It’s located about 800m away from the Campanha Train station. The kitchen is so well equipped: a fridge stocked full with yogurt, fruit juices, eggs, butter, jam spread, cheese, ham; light snacks; coffee powder/tea sachets; pots and frying pans; cutlery; microwave; dish washer (yes!); oven. All these are complimentary too, anytime of day.

The flight of stairs where we have to carry our heavy luggage upstairs. Luckily the host was around and she kindly helped us.

- The room was nice and clean with natural light. - Julio was very welcoming and kind, he waited for us even we arrived past midnight. - There is food available in the kitchen to have breakfast or take a snack (coffee, milk, cereal, fruit..)

- The location is not very nice but is well communicated ( bus 400 passes outside the house and subway is about 10 min by foot) - The bathroom: was not very clean when it was our turn to use it (responsibility of the other guests) and the water to shower was just warm not hot.

We were pleasantly surprised during our stay. You are on a busy street and come to a narrow door in a drab location, but once you enter, everything is bright, welcoming and hospitable. Everything we needed was provided, the kitchen was wonderfully stocked with equipment as well as food, and the gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the lounge/dining area, and the balcony and garden in the evening while watching the sun set. Discovered we were very close to the metro station we needed to leave from, and found great restaurants a short walk away.

Very handy for Porton Camphana station and Metro. No checki in but owner turned up as arranged very promptly and initial formalities and orientation swiftly done. The bedroom was spacious and well appointed and the bathroom adjacent beautifully equipped with an excellent shower. Just across the hall was a very large and beautifully furnished lounge and kitchen area where there was ample fresh croissant and bread and cereals with a large fridge full of cheese and ham and jams/spreads to make a snack or a very decent breakfast...an omelette could easily me made...frankly one night was not enough!

Not really a criticism but the exterior looks very drab...but this is almost a feature of an old probably 1930s building ... we joked about it once inside and saw how lovely the place was...

What a surprise guesthouse in such a beautiful city. Not much to look at from the outside, but inside it's great - a fully restored building with new facilities throughout. Modern, airy, spacious and well equipped common areas. Even a garden area in the back. Julio, the host is very informative and welcoming. We will return!

No problem for us but one shared bathroom for 6 rooms might put some off. No aircon in our room - only floor fan. So Summer could be warm......

I stayed at the property for 5 nights. The location is excellent, there is a bus stop in front of the property, or you can walk to the Riviera, to Se Porto, and the Old Town. Campanha train/metro station is only 550m from the property. There is an excellent selection of cafes, and restaurants nearby. The property owner is very welcoming, helpful and down to earth. His hospitality is exceptions. Breakfast (bread, rolls, croissant, butter, jams, honey, cornflakes, porridge , ham&cheese, yoghurts, alternative and cow milk, and fresh fruits) is available all day and I could have a bite when I arrived (8pm). The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary facilities and (big fridge, cooker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave) supplies so if you are fancy to make your own food your are welcome. There are 3 lovely cats that are kept outside and a balcony!

The host was welcoming and gave some tips on the city visit - also suggested where to have a Francesinha - it was delicious. The inside of the place looks just like in the pictures and feels very cozy. The place is located close to the station from where one can go directly to the center. Also, the place was cleaned every morning (including the room), so it is especially tidy.

Minor things - there were no pictures of the outside, thus it was hard to locate the Boutique Station at first - there is only a relatively small sign next to the doors. The other thing - mattress of the bed was curved, so at first it did not feel comfortable. After turning by 180° in the bed it started feeling good as only then head was more elevated than legs.
