The room had a clean ensuite with a shower and clean towels. The bed was very comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities were provided in the room and there was also a television. I booked for the close location to Victoria Coach Station.

There was a range of choices on the 'help yourself' breakfast However, for people with diet restrictions or allergies, there was only fruit and yoghurts which may not have been acceptable for some, even with plenty of notice given.

- an excellent location - just like 20 minutes from Westminster Abbey, Big Ben... - reception and availability 24hr / day possibility to leave there our luggage after check-out - entrance for the card and video surveillance - room of sufficient size - TV and wifi available

- the breakfast really was not a highlight - improvements can be made.. (choice, quality, adding what was already eaten/missing etc.) + only from 8 a.m. (late for tourists) - the facilities would definitely need some renovation - stinking wastewater - the way to the higher floors/room is just a nightmare with the luggage - no lift, very narrow stairs... (like 60 stairs to the highest floor)

This hotel is so perfectly situated in a beautiful quiet stunning part of the city. Literally a 5 min (if that) to apollo theatre and the other end of the road is the coach station and train station. Rooms are beautiful so clean and cleaned daily. Tea and coffee and milk refilled daily also. Breakfast is delicious somthing for everyone! Fresh juices replenished when running low, toast croissants pan au chocolates muffins cereals cheeses and meats ...absolutely perfect. Staff are so helpful and polite. Highly recommended, before we have even left I have booked foe next year. Thank you oyo bakers it's been a pleasure!

The gentleman at the desk was very helpful with getting Information for taxis to and from the Queens Garden Party (I did not get his name) He also got extra coffee and milk for us. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was good if you like walking. which we do. There are plenty of shops and eateries in the area. within a 10 min walk. I would book this hotel again

Stocking of things like toilet rolls. Please make sure that you have two in the bathroom, or give a time when the staff goes home. There is no information on your website or at your hotels that there is no night staff. I thought OYO meant On Your Own. I think if you give more information on your website and institute, your customers would feel better prepared, and still use OYO. I will. Also, get your local eateries and shops to sign up for a leaflet at your hotels this would be good for both businesses.

Staff are friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early and leave our luggage after we checked out to pick up later. Clean and comfy for the value, great central location close to transport

Better beds would be nice but can't complain for the price, only a place to sleep and get ready for the day anyway :)

The price was very cheap for the room and a continental breakfast. The location was also very good. It only took about 10 minutes to walk to Victoria station where I used the underground to travel easily around London.

Nothing negative to say especially as this was very cheap as I booked this well in advance. If I did not book this in advance it would have been very expensive.

The hotels location was good, the staff were lovely and the continental breakfast was good.

We were told we had to check in an hour later than advertised, however once I argued this they let me check in at the original time. Our room had a sink very close to the toilet, which was not an issue for us but would have been for someone larger than us. The bed was very old and we sunk into the middle, it was also very creaky. The walls were paper thin so we could hear everything from the room next door. The price was a lot, but I am not used to staying in London.

Could accommodate a family of 4 Close to Victoria Station Quiet

Hours for breakfast - on vacation would appreciate longer - beyond 9:30am. We would appreciate warm options or more protein for breakfast and would pay a small charge vs having to eat out in Central London which is extremely expensive. No elevator and very narrow staircase to be aware of when booking.

This is a reasonably priced hotel in the center of London. Easy walk to Bukingham Palace, etc. Staff welcoming and helpful. Our room was a good size, the beds (we had a twin room) comfortable and it was clean. It was a pleasant room to retreat to after a busy day.

Hotels in London are expensive so this hotel offers good value. There is no lift and the stairs are quite steep but this didn't bother us. The shower pressure isn't great.
