The location, and the room was beautiful. The pool was incredible too.

None of the electrical sockets in our room worked which was incredibly annoying. I was also annoyed that check in was for 2pm and when we arrived at 3.30, we were told our room wasn’t ready. This falls below the standard of a 5 star resort.

The rooms are beautiful and cleaned everyday . We had a groundfloor room and could not hear any noise from the room above us or beside us. The location is perfect. Short walk to restaurants and shops . Money changer right out front on street . The grounds are beautiful lush and green . Two pools main infinity and smaller pool around the pool bar. Have stayed at this property multiple times and cannot fault it.

The only complaint is we were here just recently in October and it was ver hot. The main infinity pool was like a bath and at one stage had turned green and quite dirty. Eventuality they did clean it but not till after a few days was not a good look for a five star hotel ..

This was our second time at The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa and we loved it as much as the first time. The location is absolutely amazing in the middle of Seminyak with a beautiful view over the beach and the ocean, the resort is luxurious with it's beautiful exotic garden. We had a ocean view room with jacuzzi which was wonderful. Plus a lot of ammenities in the room. The breakfast is very variate so you choose from many options and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. This definitely won't be our last visit here.

Not much to say here. The daily yoga class is not advertised at all unfortunately (or at least we didn't see it anywhere). We only knew about it from the last time we were here.

the staff were very friendly and made me feel special from the minute I got there. And you can’t beat the location.

I saw few comments saying the resort was outdated which I do not agree with ! it's very well maintained and room had all the modern comfort with a Balinese design touch 3. highlight of this resort is the staff !! super nice & helpful 4. Food was too expensive (once you add service + tax) and portions ridiculously small which was a shame as we were travelling with a baby and wanted to spend as much time as possible in the resort. 25 pounds for 2 Caesar salads with barely had any chicken in them ... I also got food poisoning on my last day after having the pasta with clams at the restaurant ; didn't feel fresh when I ate it either. My husband had to go get food from outside or order via gojek

Service and staff above all made our stay special.hotel is lovely although showing signs of age but that is quickly forgotten when you are treated with the most care and attention.nothing is too much trouble and always will beautiful smiles.great location on the beach. Fabulous pool and just a little away from the hustle and bustle

Not the hotels fault but we stayed over neipe day and it limited 2 of our days.the night before all resturants and bars close about 6 and on neipe day you are confined to your hotel

The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. The pool overlooks the beach and is a good size. Breakfast offers a wide choice of options.

The toilets in the pool area are well overdue for a remodel. It would be a nice touch if the bar served complimentary nuts or crackers when purchasing cocktails. The property is non smoking in the rooms, but ok to smoke everywhere else. So if you are lying poolside the person on the next day bed can light up and smoke all over you - which is pretty vile. Maybe time to implement a stronger policy. The gym is small and could do with some fans and new towels (they smell mouldy).

We loved how friendly the staff were. They all remembered us by name, and when my partner got food poisoned (from another place), they provided us with many helpful things in our room: herbal tea, honey, and bananas, and they kept checking on us even the next day, the hotel manager came and checked how we were when we were at breakfast. We liked the location at the heart of Seminyak city centre, and the infinity pool was great.

Our room had a garden view, and when I booked, I thought it was garden-facing but within the same premises. However, on arrival, we realised it was on the other side of the street, about a 150-meter walk from the main lobby and the building with the main pool area. Even though it was only 150 meters, walking on the street was very inconvenient. Our room was very dark, and there were no power plugs on one side of the bed, so we had to ask for an extension cord.

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! The team here are so incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful; some of the nicest people we've ever met! The hotel itself is beautiful: the rooms are gorgeous and the views are stunning. We had a beach room which was set in the gardens and a minute's walk from the beach. The attention to detail is incredible. The pools are fantastic, especially the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Gorgeous! Staff members Jaya and Alam were so nice and we had a great laugh with them. Thank you! The hotel is only a minute's walk from shops, bars and restaurants so guests have the option of eating in the hotel or outside. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone coming to Seminyak.

One thing to mention (only a suggestion, not a criticism) is whether the hotel can mark up the breakfast items, i.e. things that are vegetarian or contain milk, eggs etc. as this would really help guests with allergies or different diets.
