Close to family we were visiting.

Because of the direction we were driving upon arrival, we passed up the hotel due to poor signage. The tall garage blocks the view of the actual hotel. We were not a fan of having to use the garage, (which seemed safest being downtown) using an elevator and crossing outside to access the hotel entrance while lugging our belongings.

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The parking situation needs some help. Maybe an entrance from the garage side would help. If you are alone and come back at night it's a little scary walking around to the front door to get in. Other than that it's a great place to stay.

The location was perfect for our time in Dallas. The little market area in the lobby was super convenient for grabbing some snacks. The parking garage was located right next door to the hotel. Even though the hotel is across the street from the hospital, it wasn't too loud at night. There was a billing discrepancy at check out that the Front Desk wasn't able to immediately handle so I left my information for the manager and it was handled within 48 hours of my check out.

The building fire alarm went off for a brief time two of the three mornings we were there. Not sure why but it didn't last for too long.

I really liked this hotel overall. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location was good for what I needed and parking garage was fine, though a little pricey. Breakfast was fine, though we found some local places we liked better.

It took several weeks to clear up a billing issue where I was charged more than the Booking.Com price. This did eventually get corrected.

Beautiful building, we were there because my mom was in the hospital and it was right across the street. I loved being able to just walk over to the hospital and not have to drive in downtown Dallas traffic

Standard breakfast fare. Nothing special but had a variety of items to select. Toppings for oatmeal were plentiful.

Although the room had a thermostat, it still required using the window unit to cool the room. Strange...

Room size was great, loved the modern functionality of everything. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The location it's self is horrible, it was so noisy majority of the night. Having to pay for parking when I've already paid for the room is ridiculous. Price of parking should be included in the stay. Had I known I would be charged additional for parking I would have found a different hotel to stay at.

The room was very nice, the amenities were as portrayed and expected. The rooftop (2nd floor) pool was quite nice as we had a swim after it got dark and we could see a lot of the Dallas skyline and lights.

The staff member who checked us in was a lil rude. He kept complaining about the phone ringing, stating he wished they would quit calling and that it was the same person. That made me a lil unsure about calling down when I had a question later in the evening as I didn't want him complaining to someone else at the desk about my call. Also, I was not made aware ahead of time of the $75 incidental charge at the time of booking, which should be included in the information.

Staff was so kind and attentive, we had an amazing view of the skyline of Dallas, room/bathroom was very clean and the bed was so comfortable/the sheets were so soft. Hotel was in a great location with parking garage next door and hotel felt very safe.

Checking in is very smooth and simple, the breakfast is tasty and the coffee is delicious

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Home2Suites over the past couple of years, and for the first time, they asked me at check in if we were parking in the garage. They provided an in/out pass, but didn't specify that the pass was $19/day instead of $5 per trip in and out.
