The estate has very good security. The entertainment amenities; pool, braai area gym etc are as advertised by and well kept. We received different receptionists upon check in and check out, but they were both very friendly and provided us with excellent service. And lastly, the rooms are absolutely stunning, everything works, they are clean, and kept at impressive standards. The bed is super comfortable.

The beds base corners are quite intense and protrude too much. This is definitely a safety hazard since even us as adults almost had a few incidents with the corners in just 1 night. We also had an unfortunate situation of being disturbed by very noisy people at 4 am while we were trying to sleep. We do think that could have been handled with a bit more strictness.

i liked the whole building, security was tight, the building was very clean, and my room was immaculate. i loved everything about by stay. except that i got there and there were no pillowcases on the pillows, which didn't smell so good also. the blanket or throw that was provided for me didn't smell nice also. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. This is my to go to place when i visit Joburg again.

Firstly, I didn't catch the ladies name at reception, but what a wonderful and friendly person and experience. She upgraded me from a room to an apartment without any charge, what a bargain. The apartment was beautiful decorated and had everything you might need and want.

There are some maintenance that needs to be done at apartment 23A. I am posting photos below of certain things that needs attention. This did not bother my stay. But with the luxury of the appartment, this is a bit of an eyesore.

The TV didn't respond to the aux and audio when connecting with the phone. Not much entertainment on tv and Load shedding,very disappointed!!

The location was easy to access malls and restaurants

The room was cleaned once and the tissue was not put to replace the one that was finishing and also the room did not fit the photos I had seen coz the pictures came across as self catering but it turned out not to be. So that was a little disappointing but other than that I loved the place good, all the places I wanted to visit were within the same vicinity.

This place is all-round amazing, from the moment you arrive at the gate, the security is very welcoming and nice.The receptionist is beyond great, very helpful and always happy to assist where she can(she also gave us a room upgrade to make sure we are closer to each other). Both rooms were beautiful and you are getting way more than the price you pay. I am definitely coming back when in town.

Nothing at all

The property is in a great area, with stores being less than 3KMs away. The facilities are good, and the staff especially the receptionists are very much helpful. The lights & wifi stays on even when there's load shedding, making it easier to operate around even when there's no electricity. Most things you need are close enough, including gym and stores.

Some of the gym equipment is broken, besides that everything is great.

The staff were friendly. and the bed was comfortable. And the room was clean. value for money the location was easy to find. I asked one of the staff for extra blanket she was happy to assist, and they even came into my room to assist me with the Wi-Fi code on my phone so i was a happy guest.

they have few channels on they dst tv channels but with the price it's understandable but overall, I was happy..

The lady at Reception, i can't recall her name but she was the most pleasant person to deal with, she was very patient and always with a smile.

Rooms are self-catering, so basic dishes and cutlery would help a lot, also it would nice if showers could have holders for soap shampoos etc.

everything about the property was amazing

the fact that the air conditioner was not working well
