This is a small boutique hotel with an amazing staff. The rooms open off a central indoor patio with stained glass and an open airy space. The room had a comfortable bed, great bathroom with shower, and lovely artisan touches in the decor. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, and we loved the dining room, and returned for a light dinner one night. The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk outside of the busy historical city center, which adds to the serenity. Bonus for us: La Luz Talavera is located directly behind the hotel on the adjacent street!

Quality, the staff are very professional, the location is in Analco, slightly off the party noise of centro. The Free breakfast is top notch. I’m just sayin. Sometimes we catch a night here JUST BECAUSE breakfast, no offense to the other great details

The TV situation (I’ve stayed here a lot but get back late from town so can’t complain) the TV situation is unreliable. Also when I walk around in a plain tshirt getting treated with the same respect as the Ricos that show up here. Hahaha

Our room was very clean, quiet, bright, and airy. We specifically asked for a room with a window, as many of the rooms don't have one, as is the case with many of the old colonial hotels. The common areas of the building are quite pretty and well-maintained. The neighborhood was an easy and pleasant 10 to 15 minute walk to the Zocalo. Across the street from the hotel is the university, and consequently, there is little night noise to disturb one's sleep. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The restaurant was terrific with a wonderful breakfast included in the price of the room. And it wasn't just hotel guests enjoying the restaurant, but also many people from the community.

Nice hotel which looks like an historic colonial building. Rather fancy with many employees ready to assist you. The free breakfast included was a nice surprise, very good and in a beautiful room. Free valet parking for our rental car.

Thin walls, we could hear the tv in the other room, but it was manageable. Easy 10min walk from Puebla historic downtown.

Beautifully, architecturally rich boutique hotel with each room having its' own character! Resturaunt food and service was excellent; and the quaint bar upstairs a bonus! The small size made it that much more cozy and intimate. There was 7 of us with 3 different rooms and we enjoyed not having to walk a half a mile to meet! Service from front desk to cleaning was superb! Was perfect not being in the center of the tourist hub, but rather 3/4 mile down the ways! Got to have delicious food in the local resturaunts, as well as in the center of Puebla.

Cable! Very few channels and all Spanish speaking.

Breakfast was excellent, some confusion about what was included, but everything great. Excellent pan dulce. Room was lovely. Junior suite with jacuzzi. Very quiet and comfortable.

A mini bar/refrigerator in the suite would be a bonus. Our steaks with room service the first night were not hot and pricey for no vegetables or a side.

A great stay! Very close to the tourist center and the staff were very kind and accommodating. The free continental breakfast was also excellent!

Keep in mind the standard double is a bit cramped for 2 people with big suitcases.

Practically everything. The place is tidy and beautiful, the central patio makes feel the space bigger than it is, opposite to the long-hallways-with-room layout. Personnel is always attentive and warm and the food from the restaurant is extremely delicious. Totally recommended for work/leisure trip. Location Location Location!

I booked a suite solely for the jacuzzi tub and it was marvellous! The suite was large, beautifully appointed and the bed and pillows so comfortable. Nice little touches, too…slippers and housecoat, cookies on the bed. Excellent free breakfast included. The entire ambience of this hotel is marvellous. Very good location, too.

A suite REALLY needs a fridge. I was also supposed to have access to several English channels, but no one knew how to work the tv so my only options were CNN and FOX. I moved to another hotel 2 blocks away after my two day stay here for 1/4 the price…had a fridge AND English movie channels but no tub 😉

Very nice architecture. Friendly and helpful staff (check-in, valet, and restaurant). Nice location within a few minutes walking distance of the center of the historic area.

There was a small fan but no air conditioning. Not really a big deal, but the fan wasn't really able to cover the whole room and the street noise made it too loud to have the windows open at night.
